St Issey is a Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School with a close working relationship with the local Diocese. We regularly attend church and local clergy take assemblies. We are situated in the heart of the village surrounded by a beautiful landscape that helps us with our learning. We strongly believe that our curriculum must have a balance with outdoor exploration and indoor learning and that it is vital to a young child’s holistic development.

Our ethos is based upon Christian values and beliefs. We value each child as an individual and encourage them to become responsible and caring members of the community. We live by our Mission Statement:
