Fabulous service at a great price! After what seemed an eternity trying to find the right travel bag for my Brompton S6X, I settled on a Vincita B132B, a specially made for Brompton wheeled bag, with internal padding and plenty of features.

SJS Cycles were the only UK shop to have it in stock, at a fabulous price. Duly ordered, it arrived just 3 days later in the largest, most protective box ever!

Can't thank SJS and Shelley in particular enough in their handling of a faulty USB dynamo charger. The customer service and communication is amazing. With only days before I was due to head off on a big ride they have processed a return, recommended a better alternative product and shipped it out to me. Cant recommended the service enough and will be buying from them again : )

I've been using SJSC for many years. They're local to me so I go into the shop rather than buy over the internet. Staff are very knowledgable and helpful. Prices are usually competetive too.

I'm pleased to say that I was able to source slightly unusual bike components at SJS for my ageing bike - couldn't find them elsewhere.
The website is pretty good and a quick call to their customer services clarified a couple of queries. Prices reasonable and delivery prompt.

Money grabbing of the highest order. I went on their site to buy a Middleburn uno ring to replace my worn one, and they have doubled all of the prices on their stock as Middleburn are going out of business! I will be avoiding them from now on.
