If ever you have the opportunity to attend Choral Evensong at St John's, sung by the Chapel Choir, do go. Musically the Choir is at least as good as the slightly better known Choir up the road at King's. That said, our most recent visit to St John's was to hear the adult choir, St John's Voices, sing Handel's Messiah in the Chapel. This was one of the best performances of Messiah that I have ever attended, and certainly the most enjoyable. I hope they do it again next year.

I've been there many times during international meetings. So nice!

I thinking that place is very important to me. Because l lurn a lot of things. Could you please tell me how much money to pay for the first year in the college? Thanks.

Great and very proud to be a member of this renowned college in Cambridge. Really great college to belong to and part of. I will always treasure my memories of this beautiful instituion. By the way, there are excellent squash courts at John's for those who enjoy squash. Used to play there with an academic from Oxford.

Beautiful. We only had time for a quick visit yesterday afternoon but the architecture is wonderful and it's much bigger than I thought it would be. Unfortunately the chapel was closed- I'll have to visit that another time. Cambridge was lovely in the spring sunshine.

A happy place, with polite and helpful staff plus a wonderful service of evensong in the Chapel, all contributing to a memorable experience. Thank you

We attended Evensong at St John's College chapel on 21st October and were surprised by the less than friendly tone and attitude of the porter and the verger. We also sighted a chorister checking his smartphone during the service. Not exactly an inspiring experience unfortunately.
