Today we say farewell to our Year 13s as they head off on study leave. We would like to wish them the best of luck with their exams and we look forward to seeing them at the Sixth Form Summer Ball later this term. #studentsthrive

Year 5's last activities of the week were Jacobs Ladder and the Trapeze. Although the thought of jumping off a high platform was challenging for some and impossible for others, the encouragement from the rest of the class was amazing and everyone managed to face their fears! #studentsthrive

With the wind and the swell creating lots of challenges for Team SJC, other fun activities kept our budding canoeists amused - like dry paddling and hugging the instructor. The weather did eventually calm down so each team experienced life on the ocean wave! PGL Little Canada #studentsthrive

Yesterday, In support of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, our Juniors took part in a mindfulness workshop where they learnt how to use their senses to relax. These techniques are also extremely helpful when struggling to get to sleep at night. #studentsthrive

Yesterday, our Reception Class enjoyed another glorious afternoon on Southsea beach! This week’s topic was natural art, where they created starfish, turtles, jellyfish and dolphins from material found on the seafront. #SJCBeachSchool #studentsthrive

Yesterday we joined our worldwide Lasallian family as we celebrated the Solemnity of St John Baptist De La Salle. To mark 300 years of De La Salle, our Seniors hosted a special assembly and our Juniors learnt all about our Lasallian history. #300LaSalle
