*IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT* We are sorry to announce that all Sunday services at St Martin's are suspended until further notice. This is due to measures put in place by the Church of England to protect our most vulnerable and part of a nationwide social distancing strategy announced yesterday by the government. All other face-to-face weekly activities including the Lent Course, Lunch Club and Toddler Group are also cancelled for the foreseeable future. We will be distributing va...rious resources online as well as directly contacting those members without internet. Please check back here regularly for further updates and communications as we get them. We appreciate how difficult some of you might be finding these times of worry and uncertainty. Please be assured of our prayers for the whole community and do not hesitate to contact us if you or someone you know is self-isolating and is in need of help. More bad news we're afraid 😔. Ladies' Craft Night is postponed until further notice. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please see May or Stephanie for a refund if you've already paid for your ticket.

We have taken the decision to postpone the Men's Curry event which was due to take place on Saturday 21st March. This decision is in line with advice from Public Health England and The Church of England regarding the spread of the Covid-19 virus. We will update you when a new date is organised.

IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION: At the time of this post's publication, St Martin's is planning on being open as usual for tomorrow's Sunday service starting at 10.30am. In the interests of keeping everyone safe, we are following advice from Public Health England and from The Church of England. For this reason we will not be serving refreshments after the service. We will be asking anyone planning on attending to wash their hands thoroughly before the service starts and to... refrain from shaking hands, hugging and kissing etc. We have also made the decision postpone the Men's Curry Evening which was due to take place on Saturday 21st March. More information regarding this event will follow shortly. Please could we ask anyone who thinks they may be exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 (see below) to stay at home tomorrow and to phone 111 if they are concerned. We will also be happy to help any individuals who are self-isolating in whatever ways we can. There will of course be updates on this page and on our website if there are any changes to tomorrow's plans.
