A huge ‘thank you’ to everyone who came along to the St Mary’s Summer Fayre yesterday at Stone St Mary’s school. A lot of fun was had by all, especially on Stone school’s giant inflatables and with Stone scouts archery. Thanks also to our visiting dance group who provided some excellent entertainment How wonderful that once again the weather treated us so kindly. A brilliant day!
Hoping for a dry day on Saturday! Do come along and enjoy the event with us. ☀️

Holy Saturday, and our Easter journey continues this evening with the Easter Eve vigil, lighting the new Pascal candle from the fire outside the West door and then the solemn procession into the beautifully decorated church to begin the celebration of Christ’s Resurrection. Do join us at 10pm. If you can’t, then do come to church for tomorrow’s Easter Day service of Holy Communion at 10am. Bring a bell!
