Bus service is atrocious, bus drivers have a long conversation before bringing passengers on the bus kmt. 😒😒

Toilets can be smelled from pretty much any point of the station. It barely keeps bad weather from affecting you. Terrible design.

Not much to look at only concrete overhead.. Not much cover if it rains toliets are clean most of the time. And a small shop which gets quite busy

Bus station toilets smell horrible walking past,The whole bus station needs to be rebuilt/re-designed, The New bus routes/timetables are terrible. They should go back to the old timetables and routes. You got kids just loitering around the place blocking up paths to get to the stands. The station is way over-crowded and traffic backs up to tesco and beyond if there is a line of buses waiting to get into the station which happens alot and when you try cross the station to get to another stand the bus's block the view so you can't see if anything is coming. The drivers are ok but would be nice if they said hello when you get on. Half of them don't even check tickets properly. This station needs major investment to bring it up to the same sort of standard of Wolverhampton's bus station

Very poorly designed I don't think it can handle the sheer amount of buses that flow through the place sometimes it's that bad the buses are queuing just to get into the bus station which in turn has a knock on effect to the normal traffic which is going that way and end up having to wait behind 3 or 4 buses. They should knock it down and redesign the place from scratch. Plus there has been a couple of fatalities there and some crashes some between the buses and others between a bus and car.

Horrible place. Dirty, overcrowded with chavs and kids, buses are never on time, bus drivers are rude and don't even bother checking tickets so anyone could pretty much catch a free ride home. Crossings are dangerous as you can't see what's coming because of the buses blocking the views. If you ask me, they need to knock this place down and rebuild it to look more appealing like Wolverhampton's bus station.
