I had a sciatica from deadlifting, which was causing me irritation and muscle tightness for about two weeks. After trying a number of methods I decided to try this place. One hour of ultrasound/deep tissue combination from Pam sorted everything instantly, and I was back to full strength within the week. Medical expertise combined with Eastern Thai techniques, this is the best massage clinic in Leicester.

Pam is amazing, I've suffered from Scaitic pain for most of my adult life which relates to disc problems I have, she was able to diagnose my issues accurately and apply treatment immediately, Pam ensures that you also maintain an excercise/stretch regime to maximise the effect of her treatment and I'm grateful to her for providing affective treatment when ever I've needed it.

Pam is very friendly and she helped me with a few exercises for my "bad" shoulder to do at home after the treatment.
The massage and treatment were amazing! I felt better straight away.

Having reached for the shower gel and pull something in my back I thought it wasn't to bad, the next day the pain took my breath away and left me unable to change gear. I had had this happen to me before and once the muscle shortens it's painful. I asked friends for a local sports massage place. This was recommended to me by two friends. Having arrived for my appointment I was greeted with a smile and an assessment was made as to where I hurt, what I had been doing. Ultrasound was used first and this was quite pleasant. The massage after was AMAZING the lady found the spot and worked on it. If like me you know when someone works a tight muscle it is a good pain. This lady was amazing it was the best massage I have had. If you like a hard deep tissue massage then this is the place I won't go anywhere else now. I sit at a desk all day and today it felt like I had a new back.

I had shoulder pain for ages and Pam knew what to do. Pam really knows what she is doing and gives advice on what type of stretching to do at home.

Been to many massage places including Ayurvedic and Pam is definitely the top. Highly professional, excellent treatment plans and outstanding results.

I had a shoulder injury from weightlifting and I waited 7 months for it to heal by itself but to no avail then I came across Pam's sport massage and after just 2-3 sessions my shoulder was pain free and was able to get to the gym again.

Pam is "Special" trust me, I suffered neck and shoulder pain for years I've had physio etc but nothing worked, after yet another visit to my doctor he recommended Pam so I thought I'd give her a try, after a few treatments with ultrasound combined with some deep tissue massage I was pain free 😃 that was 18 months ago, I still go once a month to maintain my whole body which is my choice Pam never pushes you for more treatments than you need she gives you after care advice and homework (stretching).. she is truly a gifted compassionate and sincere lady...
