ŌÜĮ’ĖÅ The Fairtrade Football Event is taking place at school tomorrow. The year 5 and 6 sports leaders have organised this event and would like remind all pupils taking part that they need to bring the following:
- A sports kit to play in - Suitable footwear for indoors and outdoors (due to changeable weather) - All junior pupils involved must have shin pads... - 50p for fair trade snacks or to take part in the lunchtime football shoot out competition (weather dependent) - A GREAT ATTITUDE!
9.15 - 11am Lower junior competition 11 - 12noon Infant football fun 1 - 2.30pm Upper junior competition
In the case of wet weather (which is forecast unfortunately), we will have to move the event indoors. No spectators will be able to attend in the hall due to space constraints. ¤Öé

You may have seen stories in the press about Momo. This is an online 'game' where children are encouraged to do dangerous things via whatsapp, facebook and other social media. It is not something we are aware of as a problem locally however it does serve as a reminder to talk to our children about staying safe online and making sure we communicate with our children about what they are doing online and what to do if they see something upsetting. Please do get in touch if you have any concerns regarding this issue.
Bag 2 school tomorrow.
Please leave your bags at the staff back door near the kitchen.
Thank you.
