St Thomas Secondary Modern Boys School, Salisbury, Wiltshire Description

The school moved from St Thomas' Square, Salisbury to the new site on Bemerton Heath in 1957 and 359 pupils transferred there. This school was extended in the early 1960s and became St. Thomas's Boys' Secondary Modern School. In 1973 the school amalgamated with the Westwood Girls' School on the same site to form Westwood St. Thomas's School. Later on the school was renamed as Salisbury High School and is now Sarum Academy.
