About St Wilfrid'S Hospice
We provide hospice care to the communities of Eastbourne, Polegate, Pevensey, Seaford, Hailsham, Heathfield, Uckfield and all points in between.
St Wilfrid'S Hospice Description
Our vision is of a community where people talk openly about dying, live well until the end of their lives, & where nobody dies alone, afraid, or in pain.
We provide specialist care for people with any progressive and advanced disease. Patients with uncontrolled symptoms or psychological distress are referred to us by their GP, or by another healthcare professional.
We offer our care through many different services, including our Inpatient Unit, our Hospice at Home team, our Wellbeing Centre, a 24 /7 nurse-led support line, & a counselling and bereavement support service.
Our hospice is open to the public too! We have a wonderful, warm & welcoming café at the heart of our hospice which is open every day from 8. 30am to 5pm. We hope that you'll come in, enjoy a cuppa & some delicious food, & start to think differently about hospices.

The Furniture Store and Donation Centre is located just five minutes from Eastbourne town centre, on Moy Avenue and has free parking.

Perspexangel Memory Tree Sculptures visited the hospice yesterday to add these lovely cow parsley flowers to the base of our Memory Tree.
Remember your loved one with a lasting message of up to 50 characters while supporting those who need it most.
The flowers are limited to 15 and can be purchased with a donation of £500 or more, which could pay for 24 hours of care for one patient on our Inpatient Unit.
