Stable Family Home Trust - Supporting Adults With Learning Disabilities

The Stable Family Home Trust is a Registered Charity supporting people with a learning disability to lead more independent lives in Hampshire and Dorset.

SFHT offers a range of services to people with a learning disability and their families: supported lives in residential homes, day services, domiciliary support, and support to find employment.

SFHT now supports more than one hundred people.
