Went to Stacey after 2 years of being lied to by another broker (i was self employed / first time mortage buyer - was told all was well, but didn't take into account my employment status and never called me to inform me so we waited and waited and waited)..



Straight away Stacey worked out and adviced me on all my options, kept in contact and answered all my questions. Eventually met the criteria and she got the ball rolling quite quickly (including all the insurances and contacting the solicitor and within a matter of months... we are now in our new (first ever) home.. there were no hidden costs either, so no suprise invoices or bills appeared. All round an outstanding job, considering i started with what turned out to be only a £10K salary (dividends can not be used) and no chance of being accepted without even realizing how hopeless it was.

Stacey has been fabulous, after our buyer pulled out at the last minute we needed to act fast and pull the equity out of our house to enable us to proceed with the purchase of our new house. It wasn’t an easy process due to a short lease and many more problems we had. Stacey managed to secure us two mortgage offers in a couple of weeks, she kept us in the loop all the way and had to deal with me a total anxiety queen. Met Stacey at Haybrook's Crystal Peaks at 0830 one Saturday morning in May after seeing a house I was interested in, and subsequently bought. From the first moment Stacey came across as very professional, very friendly and with a demeanour that put an old codger like me at ease instantly. We soon had mortgage options and finances in hand, but she doesn't stop their, any questions were answered and took me through the process to fruition. I called in a few times with general questions including dealing with solicitors etc. Nothing was too much trouble, ever. I would highly recommend Stacey. She is a lovely women who was professional and honest throughout. Other mortgage advisers had told me that I would not get a mortgage, due to me being a stay at home mum. Stacey did a very through job of collecting all the evidence needed to provide to the mortgage company and made an excellent case for me and my children. She put so much time and effort into our case and knew exactly which lenders to approach. We were given a mortgage and are now very happy and settled in our own home.
