Stage 3 PI has built a BTL portfolio and has now moved into Development, this page is to share new projects, progress and ideas with fellow investors.

Stage 3 Property Investment Ltd is my property company set up initially to facilitate the building of a personal property portfolio. After building a BTL portfolio of 10 properties, in excess of £1. 5M by buying, improving and letting out, we have now expanded in bigger development projects using both commercial funding along with private investment. Currently we are involved (with professional partners) in a new build of 3 x 3 storey houses, gaining planning permission for 4 x 1 bed flats on some land we own along with a conversion of commercial offices into a single residential dwelling.
