Our very own Richard Gourlay has been training for this year’s WORLD PILOT GIG CHAMPIONSHIPS having joined the Portishead Pilot Gig club 18 months ago. Taking place this weekend, this year’s championships will consist of approx. 160 gig boats all starting along a one-mile starting line, for a mile and a half long race. Fingers crossed the weather and sea conditions will be kind. Best of luck Rich!

The team has been busy delivering Loadguard Chain Hoists, Prolyte Truss & ETC dimmers to offsite storage for our Leeds Beckett job! This multi-million-pound project is coming along nicely.

This is Pete working on an old CCT Silhouette followspot. These units were in for a complete overhaul, which included us fitting components to the ballast to improve the power factor, making them much more efficient. Pete is seen here doing a thorough optical inspection on the very large front lens!
