Stagecoach Performing Arts Ormskirk Description
Deborah is a very experienced teacher who has been Head of Music in two secondary schools and now lectures in Performing Arts. She feels that being Principal of a Stagecoach school allows her to continue with her passion for enabling young people to discover a love of performing as well as developing as individuals. The last nine years have been incredibly rewarding and memorable and our tenth year, I am sure will be full of opportunities for our students. The progress they make regularly astounds me and I am very proud of each and every one of them. Performances at end of terms have included Bugsy Malone, Alice in Wonderland, Dracula Spectacular, Honk Jr, Seussical the Musical Jr and Beauty and the Beast.
Early Stages (for ages 4-6 yrs)
Early Stages classes run alongside the main Stagecoach schools, where young people learn skills in each of the three Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama, so it is an easy step when it is time to transfer to the next stage.
(90 minutes each week)
A full term’s fees for Early Stages is £162 (Scottish fees may vary).
A two week trial for Early Stages costs £25.

Main Stages (for ages 6-18 yrs)
Main Stages classes are split in three age appropriate groups, where young people learn new skills in each of the complementary Musical Theatre disciplines of singing, dancing & drama. We nurture the shy and apprehensive, until they find their feet and voice, whilst at the same time developing and channelling those with bundles of talent, confidence and energy. We believe in the potential of every child!
(3 hrs each week)
A full term’s fees for Main Stages is £324 (Scottish fees may vary).
A two week trial for Main Stages costs £50.

Not only did she come into class with a broken foot, she did it with a massive smile 😁 She impressed her teachers with her bravery and gave brilliant ideas whilst in her drama lesson 👏 We hope that Stagecoach Sam is helping you heal quickly! 🐻

🎭 A little look into My Son Pinocchio Jr rehearsals yesterday! 👯 Our wonderful Further Stages Students have been invited to be a part of West Lancashire College's Dance Show 🌟 They have worked so hard to get their routines polished and ready and we couldn't be prouder of them all 💛 Come along on Friday 17th May to show them love and support 😍
👀 A little look into our Early Stages class this week! The students started to discuss the themes of their summer show ♻️ 'Super Kids Rock The Planet’♻️ which is all about saving the planet by recycling! They created an obstacle course in dance reusing items, thinking about inventive ways they could interact with them. Then in drama they used these same items to create super powers! Including a protective barrier, a flying rocket and a super hero suit! 💪 We are very impressed with everyone's ideas and we cannot wait to see the show!
