Stance Pilates by Mark McCaffrey is a new beginners Pilates Mat work class in Newquay, Cornwall. I trained with Body Control Pilates and am a registered Physiotherapist working in the NHS.

I am a registered NHS physiotherapist and Body Control Pilates teacher. Come and enjoy my fun but challenging beginners Matwork class. I run these in several locations in and around Newquay.
Small groups mean attention to detail to ensure correct alignment and technique to help you master the more challenging aspects of Pilates Matwork. Classes are Monday crantock Methodist hall 630 -730pm and wednesday evening at 715pm at Heron Tennis Centre Newquay
