Stanford Hall Caravan Park

I have not stopped on this site just drove past on my way to an event in the grounds of the hall.

Did the wolf run there and loved it

Our favourite site by far . Both me and my wife love this place . Our blood pressure drops as soon as we enter the site . Darren and Sharron always make us feel very welcome. Great for relaxing , cycling walking etc.

Friendly staff. Great for a couple of nights for the firework championship.

We have stop here a couple of times now lovely site very clean staff very helpful it has a litle shop at good prices its a must

No frills site, with so much potential

This review is for the caravan site. The Hall is further up the road. Not sure if Hall and site have anything to do with each other or not. Caravan site is in Woodland. Busy with static caravans and long term vans and huge rv's. Pitches are well maintained hard standing with electricity and water. There are no toilets or showers provided on site. Office in a wooden hut by the entrance.

Absolutely wonderful site. Managers of site have been extremely helpful and accomodating. Water onsite is clean and other facilities are well maintained. It only has a small shop but does carry all the necesseties. I would highly recomend the site to anyone traveling in the area.

Lovely place lovely people, we went round the hall with my family and was welcomed Wendy our tour guide made my son a lord for the tour she was very interested in explaining the house in child speak, the egg hunt was really good aswell worth the money if you like going round houses also you can stay in the hall from £200 per night xx

Lovely place going bk in 2014

We needed a site to stop off at on our journey from the south coast to ‘up north’. What a top site in an ideal spot. From the south you have to come off the M1 at junction 18 but this really isn’t a problem, just follow the brown signs to Stanford Hall, and to rejoin the motorway to continue our journey up north it was a 5 minute drive from the site. It’s close to both the M1 and M6/A14 cross road.
This is an excellent site, in a great position, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.
I think that the first review is to do with Stanford Hall and NOT the camp site.
