Over 30yrs I have been buying from this establishment and iv always been made to feel as a customer should feel.

Cannot speak highly enough of Nigel and his team. I took a punt on a long drive up from London for a car that looked good, and seemed well priced. I asked Nigel to be frank about the car and part-exchange as I didn't want to drive up unnecessarily. The car was better than described, and Nigel was good to his word on the part exchange when by rights he could have driven a harder bargain. As well as that, everyone I dealt with was friendly and polite. In a business where too many people are only too willing to take you for a ride, it is refreshing to come across good honest old-fashioned service.

I am sorry for the delay in responding to Mr Peek's review but we have only recently been made aware of it and we are sorry that it was a negative one. I was called away unexpectedly the day that Mr & Mrs Peek were due to view a vehicle. There was a mix up in the fact that whilst I was out a customer came in and spoke to another member of staff regarding the same vehicle and they immediately secured the vehicle by putting down a deposit for us to hold it for them. It is our policy that a vehicle is not secured until a deposit has been received. This is because we do have potential customers phone to ask us to hold a vehicle then never turn up. Within minutes of the vehicle being sold, staff tried to contact Mrs Peek to inform her what had happened and to stop her having a wasted journey, but they could not get hold of her in person and a message had to be left for her to contact us urgently. When Mrs Peek did call back she was immediately apologised to for the mistake and she was offered first refusal on an identical vehicle that was shortly due in, which she declined. It would never have been said that it was the customers fault only re-explained that a vehicle is not held until a deposit put down. I apologise again to Mr & Mrs Peek for any upset that they were caused that day but I can assure anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle from us that we take our customer care very seriously. We are a long established business and would not have survived for over 30 years if we did not treat our customers respectfully.

Before buying my smart car I didn't really know what I was looking for as I had just passed my test. I was greeted with friendly faces and felt no pressure during my time at the garage. As I was unsure on my choice of car I was given full viewings and lots of info about each one and was put at ease with no rush! All in all I felt like my whole first time buying experience was made easy and stress free! Thankyou Nigel & the team!

Absolutely awful service. Reservation made for a vehicle, 3 hour round trip to be told that the car had sold earlier on. To make this worse, the gremlin who answered the phone said that it was "our fault" despite telling them a precise time we would be arriving. Will never purchase or recommend purchasing here.
