As always, extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Lee and Simon in the work shop are brilliant, turn things around fast and at a great price! customer service is tip top, couldn't ask for more. helpful and not pushy, just there to understand and advise not sell me stuff, makes you really relax. And on top of that supporting the local clubs and races and even running rides for everyone! best local bike shop ever!

Great bike shop quality parts accessories and servicing. Very helpful friendly staff they listen help and advise on what you tell them not just try selling you stuff unlike the tools on the other side of town.

Purchased my new winter training bike from here. Could not be more pleased with bike and customer service. I was served by the Store Manager Ewan who not only fully understood what I was looking for but also helped me overcome issues with sizing that usually is the bane of buying a bike when you are in between sizes. He was very knowledgable and attentive. 10/10 would buy there again.

Spent whole afternoon in Stan's buying a bike, staff were so helpful and informative, set three different bikes up for me to demo. Went with a Trek and really happy with it, can't wait for the weather to improves so I can go out more. Top shop!
