Driver very rude. Didn't help me with luggage or speak to me at all. Must've had a bad day. Wouldn't dream of treating anyone like that. Booking clerk was pleasant. So why was driver the opposite?

My taxi came late, didn't call me as promised, picked up the wrong person. They finaly picked me up after 1 hour wait, and still charged me the full amount.

Absolutely terrible service! They let your cab you've booked take other passengers and then don't let you know. Waited in the cold with two young children to be told to wait another 45mins. Avoid!!!!

Called today to enquire about a taxi and spoke to the rudest man ever ... When I asked him if his cab company was in stansted he replied with " I'm not an information desk " along with other rude remarks .. Needless to say I told him where to go and put the phone down ... If he is not the owner of this cab company I suggest he gets the sack he was sooo rude I would never use this company I would rather walk DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
