Great cheap easy friendly

Miguel from Sixt. You are bringing the whole car rental village down. Your lack of judgement is second to none. Why have premium car hire and have shocking staff. Drive Smug?? Surely your slogan should be Smug Staff.

The queue for Hertz here was long and slow moving. The staff were helpful and competent once we got to the desk. We booked through a 3rd party and the Hertz agent recommended we change to their own cover, which involved a long phone call with the third party. The village is away from the terminal with a shuttle bus every 10 minutes which would be a problem for travellers on a tight schedule.

Rented a small car from Enterprise. Very nice and accommodating staff. If you meet "Waid" then tell him how great he does his job. He deserves better and his birthday is on october 11th (he will be at work though from 6 am). Good coffee.

Nothing specific to say. You get your car and you can drive. That's all. All big players are there. Returning the car is very fast.

Fast to reach with the shuttle service, it has a gas pump very close to it, extremely useful when coming back with the car, to fill it back without paying extra money.

All the major car hire companies are here, with easy 5minute bus ride to the airport I found the staff very helpful regardless of the company you were using

It's OK, it's got cars as you'd expect and most of the major hire companies are represented. Depending which one you've hired with, you might have a bit of a queue or you might not. Enterprise seem to be the quickest.
You do have to take a bus from the terminal to the car hire centre, which is a bit of a pain but isn't unusual.

Friendly and customer oriented staff. Clean and working cars. Open about their policies and giving you all the necessary information.

Quick and polite service. Not two crowded. Both Alamo and enterprise were great.
