It's always a pleasure popping into my local Starbucks when at work.

Staff so friendly amd always make my cuppa just the way I like it.

Can't fault the store it's food or staff ����

A huge thank you to Jordan. I unfortunately left an item in the shop, called and spoke to Jordan who not only found it but went out of her way to get it back to me . 5 Star service!!!. Starbucks, if you have a staff recognition scheme, Jordan deserves to be recognised - She's a fantastic representative of the Newcastle team.

Quality Starbucks experience located in the heart of the city. Tidy, warm coffee shop that also had a great selection of Starbucks merchandise - perfect for topping up that “ you are here @ mug collection with a newcastle Mug!

Went in out of the rain, got the wrong order and staff unhelpful. No toilets either very poor 😟

Nice latte and excellent choice of syrups, including suger-free ones. Service is a bit slow and priority seems to be given to take-away customers which seems a little unfair given that those sitting in are paying for the privilege!

Just went on a coffee run for our office for around 15 drinks to be told there is no 'hot' coffee available.

Now 75% of the staff have fell asleep at the desk and productivity has completely stopped, those of us that are still awake are the-walking-dead-esque mindless zombies roaming around in herds sucking what little caffeine they can find from left over tea bags, empty cans of red bull and the lids of previous coffee cups.

The place was dirty, crowded and the staff were irritable. The saving grace is that Starbucks coffee is always good no matter how bad the premises are

Like the coffee but the place is so dirty does nobody take pride in offering a nice clean place for customers to sit and have their coffee also asked for a medium drink and was charged for a large

It was somewhere out of the rain with a roof and some seats that served various hot liquids in suitable dispensers in order to deliver it to my mouth.

Worst experience in Starbucks EVER...!!



Rude.. I asked for room for ice and when I asked some extra ice. My cup was taken from and handed back to me over flowing, soaked and cold.!



She looked at me like the I was insane.. Beyond RIDICULOUS..... Your staff members should be before at their trained jobs, it's not difficult to make an americano, at all.. It's not even complex, it hot water and espresso shots.



Genuinely Disgusted at the service today.. Absolutely Appalled at the level of service with all of three people in the store.



Total Joke...... I would state the staff members name if I had noticed in between the incompetence..!

What has happened to the Customer Service in Starbucks opposite station ! Customer service rude by the girl making the drinks with glasses ! I asked can you do my drink any hotter please she said no for health and safety no smile or anything ! Rude and needs customer service training !!!!! Her name was Jordon
