My only complaint is tables need cleaning more often, that said that applies to most stores!

Love the latte love the place the only thing that is missing is the EGGNOG please sell it again

The one in the arndale opposite shoe zone is the best been going for years pity most of the staff are or have left but never have to complain and always service with a smile

Shame you don’t accept the Starbucks app, but nice to receive 10% off to make up for it

Great atmosphere even though in a busy train station. As always good quality product. The only draw back it does not have its own toilet so you have to pay 30p for the train station ones - ideally they could do with one that you get a token for once you buy your drink.

I love Starbucks in general, but must agree with most below, the service was shocking - I ordered coffee and bacon bagel, coffee was perfect, bacon bagel barely warmed - that's not really the big deal, for me was the guy behind the till, he was biting and ripping off his fingernail while serving me.....!?!? (2 stars is purely for the location and coffee)

This place has gone down hill. 3 occasions I've had coffees that are 3/4 full.

The service I received today was absolutely shocking. The guy on the till just left the till as he was about to serve me with no explanation or an apology. Wasn't even that busy but it became busy very quickly because the girl making the coffees was going that slow that I was afraid she might stop. Pretty sure she was growing the coffee beans.

The Guy making the drinks didn't speak a word of the Queens ... and everyone ended up with the wrong drinks !!!

My daughter bought me a gift card for Father’s Day, when I presented it to the cashier, she promptly told me that I can’t use it! Why have a Starbucks product that can’t be used in a Starbucks store? So, after making my order for a “tall coffee” I was presented with a tall latte- which is not exactly what I ordered. Also, tried to contact the customer service number, and guess what- nobody answers! I wouldn’t bother with Starbucks in Manchester at all. There are other far superior coffee shops in Manchester

It's a franchise! Couldn't use my card, guy on the till didn't want to give me what l asked for, until other team member said "yes we can". If you're going to carry the Starbucks name, then customers should expect the same in any of the coffee shops, franchise or not. Remember customers go in for the name as well as the coffee.

Appalled at how I’ve just been treated by one of your staff members at Piccadilly, I went into the shop to ask if I could use the toilets, I am 5 months pregnant and was desperate, before I could explain your staff member shouted very loudly in my face that it was for customers only! I tried to explain I would then purchase a drink however she continued to shout it was for customers only when I explained I was pregnant and desperate for the toilet she slammed her tray down and rolled her eyes at me. I felt so humiliated I just left and said I wouldn’t bother. If this is how you treat your customers then I’m appalled. I assure you I shall never purchase anything again in Starbucks no customer service skills at all!
