Starbucks Welcome Break - Keele North

We stopped here yesterday morning on our way to see a Jeremy Kyle show. The staff were so helpful, they could see I was struggling a little with my friend who suffers with Dementia and came to my aid by carrying our tray whilst we found a table. Every member of staff I encountered we most courteous and polite. Many thanks, it won't be forgotten xxxxx

We stopped here yesterday morning on our way to Blackpool.. the staff were brilliant.. The male member of staff ( sorry forgot your name) who made my hot choclate did me 2 half's with the cream on top. Thanku my little one had his own which made him happy..

Hello please can you help my daughter has lost her iPhone today at the services on you outside tables please has it been handed in or could you check your CCTV? We arrived at about 3 ish and I am in my 30's my mum in her 60's and my daughter is 6 and son is 4 we sat at the far left table with the umbrella just need to know if she left it or if it was picked up please help have a very upset child

It's a Starbucks, which like McDonalds is a Worldwide Same thing in every place, good that they now do Coconut Milk as I can't have Cows Milk but +40p is a bit heavy,

Friendly and helpful but drive thru food menu is very limited.

Staff were friendly enough, but the guy making the drinks needs some extra training, I thought these guys were baristas! Dissapointing hot choc in a cup not even half full!

Poorly organised. No cups available to drink in. Staff did not seem to think this was important.

Not very friendly staff. Had to have sit down coffee in a takeaway cup.

Very poor staffing ,Starbucks at keele is closed more than open at night , and there 2 or 3 times a week

That was the worst coffee ... didn’t even taste of coffee. Note to self .. don’t do drive through .. it’s difficult to go back and complain �

Clean and tidy place with helpful staff, but very disappointed by the utterly tasteless signature hot chocolate served to me this afternoon. I couldn't return it as I didn't take a sip until I was back on the M6. No flavour, tasted watered-down, definitely not the full fat milk I asked for, didn't taste the slightest bit chocolatey. �

After leaving I got a text in 20 minutes stating my Visa card was blocked. The last transaction was this Starbucks one. Thank you Starbucks as I am now going to Finland this weekend and have no Visa card.
