This is a recollection of Bea's childhood growing up in the States, and is all about making the best food we possibly can, in the most fun environment you can think of. Think of having fried chicken suppers in your friend's dining room, or stretching your legs out mid-car ride on your way to vacationing down the coast and grabbing the juiciest, most satisfying burger you can think of. That's the feeling we want to bring to London.
