Yet another amazing experience for our wedding anniversary, this time over looking Grand Central on the 18th floor. We come her at least once a year and only live 11 miles away! The views are outstanding both day and night. Staff fantastic, held our luggage till we were ready to leave later in the day after shopping in the centre. Everything is in walking distance and if you stay from tomorrow, you walk out right at the start of the Christmas market. Can't rate this place enough.

What an amazing place to stay. Fabulous location, ideal for shopping and train station. Lots of space with wonderful views of the city. Would highly recommend, great staff and amenities. Would definitely return.

We stayed here for one night on a Saturday, absolutely stunning views and fab location. Made to feel very very welcome. Thank you to all for making it that bit extra special.

Stopped here Saturday night for our wedding night celebrations. Warm friendly greeting and the apartment was fantastic. Lots of nice touches such as the tea, coffee, expression, hot chocolate and fresh oranges for juicing. Massive bath (two fit comfortably) and complintary bath robes. Would definitely stay again, beats the Hyatt by a mile!

Stayed here for one night last night and can't recommend it enough. Excellent location and amazing views from the 19th floor. Warm, friendly greeting when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing room, with lovely little touches like fresh milk and oranges....it's the little things that make it memorable and set it aside. Would book here in the future everyone over any hotel!

What a fantastic evening!! The penthouse was amazing, absolutely the very best view of the city and the film was fantastic!!

I’ve just returned home from another visit to your Penthouse suite and as always it’s been incredible. The staff are so amazing and the location couldn’t be better. My friends were first time visitors and absolutely blown away. Thank you for another superb few days, we can’t wait to return!

I have stayed in many apartments over the years but this one beats them all!! Everything u need in these apartments a pint of milk on arrival, oranges in the fridge ready to juice!! Excellent location couldn't get any closer to the shops !! Spotlessly clean, amazing beds. No fuss check in . Perfect would def stay again!

I have spent the last 3 hours enjoying the panoramic views from the 19th floor rats day turned to dusk and then to night. This place is fantastic and I can't quite believe I have paid so little for the privilege.

I don't usually bother writing reviews but I have been blown away today. Staff super helpful and genuinely friendly. Studio Mini perfect and so many thoughtful touches included in the price as standard. Definitely stay here, I will be booking again before the world catches on to this gem.

Had a fabulous time. Hubble loved Birmingham and Rotunda is his fav building. Great surprise bday treat. Apartments are fabulous. Added extras are too. Views of the city are amazing. Staff five star! Will def stay again even though we live 15 minutes away 😂

Great welcome from Simon on reception when I arrived late after a delayed flight from Australia so needed TLC. Simon was very helpful and informative . It's a great place to stay right on the doorstep of the Bullring easy walk to restaurants lots of choices. Apartment is very clean and good design with all necessary facilities -kitchen washing machine/dryer

Your mind around this and relax the place is absolutely brilliant. You are in the centre of Birmingham and have all the facilities on your doorstep. We were able to walk to the restraints and bars within the space of five minutes. The room was fantastic overlooking everything that you could see for miles around.

The facilities were excellent with a tv dining room and kitchen all included. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant place to stay. Bit different from your normal hotel and a bit special to stay in this iconic building. So close to the shops bars and restaurants you literally walk out the lobby and they are there. Staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

Booked this as a surprise for my husband's 30th. Staff were very welcoming on arrival and even upgraded us to the penthouse which was a lovely treat. Amazing views of the city. All in all a very memorable weekend :)

Amazing stay for my birthday. Thank you to all the staff (especially Alex) who were super-helpful and accommodating and made it a real weekend to remember. Great facilities and amazing views from the penthouse balcony. Not cheap but worth every penny, and perfect for something special.

Loved the apartment and all its amenities but think that style could have been sacrificed slightly for a more comfortable sofa! However incredible views, really comfy bed and easy check in. Instructions from car park to Rotunda were perfect �

After having an amazing weekend in Birmingham and staying here.I am disappointed that this place has now left me feeling sour towards it.I believe customer service is the number one reason people return though I don’t think your staff are aware of this.My family and I checked out May 7th I received a message right away to say my deposit had been refunded great �! Accepting that it would be dependent on my bank as to actually how long it would take to show in my account I waited,however after waiting 7days I hadn’t yet received my refund.We paid the deposit on two cards mine and my mothers my mother had received hers but I hadn’t. Surely everyone is aware of the deposit that is left as it mandatory. I called explaining my query the front desk said they would look into it and call me back.They did call back and left me a voicemail stating I was right and that they are processing it now....7days later ! No apology ! No sorry for the inconvenience caused ! No good will offer ! Nothing !

Extremely Disappointed!

Poor services, not compensating or helping people after a "FLOOD" incident...Terrible service.
