We aren’t your usual ex-military or martial arts experts turned self defence instructors! We love to travel and explore and have been to some amazing places but we also recognise that in today’s world there are lots of risks to your personal safety.

This is why we have drawn on our own personal and professional experiences to give you the most comprehensive and useful personal and travel safety skills that will keep you safe and get you away from dangerous situations.

At StaySafe Defence we want to promote safe travelling as well as improve personal safety in everyday life.
