We have had a busy start to the Summer with lots of weddings & all Prom dresses have been collected so we are having a short break. We will reopen on Tuesday 10th July. We will be open the two Saturdays across these dates but only have a couple of appointments left. What can I say. From the start it was the most amazing feeling finding a dress I loved, after a couple of bad appointments in other shops walking into this appointment was a dream come true. I couldn’t have been happier to walk out having chosen my dress, the pockets were a bonus and a fabulous one at that. Thank you so much for your time and patience with me and the entourage even my 95 year old nan who decided she wants a job �! I couldn’t have imagined buying my dress anywhere else, when I was young and used to go past I always thought that’s where I’ll buy my dress and Lowe and behold I actually did! Thank you again your amazing at what you do � xx

They weren't phased by the fact that I had 8 people with me and made sure they all had room to be involved. Most importantly I found my dress and it's beautiful. Also amazingly affordable �

Such a selection of beautiful dresses! Karen made me and my bridesmaids feel so welcome and relaxed and didn't mind how many times i kept popping in before the decision (of course I went for one of hers!) She fits you in each dress properly so you can see what the final shape would look like - which i found was a great touch! Didn't feel pushed or pressured at all in the whole process. Look forward to ordering it soon once I have my shoes!! :D

Popped in without an appointment... wasn't expecting to be able to try without one, but had the lovely Jeanette take time to help me find my PERFECT dress, came back a week later to be sized and ordered it!!!! Lovely shop with lovely assistants; you aren't made to feel rushed like others. I was able to try & re-try as many dresses, as many times as I needed to... no pressure is put on & Jeanette was very helpful couldn't rate highly enough & can't wait to go back when my dress comes in :-) x

My partner has been completely stressed with our upcoming wedding and the lady at the shop has provided a fantastic service in helping her choose the dress, providing alterations and evening packing the dress into our case. Perfect.

Lovely staff who are very helpful; no job or request is too much for them. They sell some gorgeous dressess to fit all shapes and sizes! Beautifully decorated store with private fitting rooms!!

Karen is so helpful, I only went in for a wedding dress peticoat, as I was finding it difficult to get exactly what I needed.

She even offered for me to bring my dress (which wasn't from here) to try with it.

Which from experience working in the wedding industry is incredibly rare and amazing customer service.

Will be coming back for dress alterations.

I had my wedding dress and 4 bridesmaid dresses from here, service was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, staff are so helpful and friendly

I found the perfect wedding dress and stella lilianas last weekend. The service was brilliant and my whole experience was lovely. It was just like the films. The dress I chose was the first one I picked up in the shop. All there dresses were beautiful, and reasonable price too. The staff were very patient and experienced. I also live 2 hrs away and they were very accommodating, letting me book a second viewing the same day! And taking my measurements to save me another trip. I am looking forward to seeing my dress again when it arrives in store and for future fittings x

I cannot thank Karen and Emma enough for the fantastic experience I had picking my dream wedding dress. The first time I went in there I felt really relaxed and comfortable as Karen and Emma was so helpful and happy to advise but not at all pushy. I was given pegs to put on dresses I wanted to try on which I thought was a brilliant idea. Every time I've been back for fittings they have been just as helpful and friendly. Karen did the alterations so it fitted perfectly I would highly recommend this shop to anybody getting married

Had a bridal appointment here yesterday and cannot rate it highly enough! This was my 4th wedding dress appointment so I had a good idea what I wanted in terms of style etc. and actually picked here as they are one of the only Venus Bridal suppliers I have been able to find! The dresses were all gorgeous but the service was way above anything I've had anywhere else. I think I was quite demanding trying to envisage different styles from pinning materials to see different colours to veils to adding straps of differing styles to even detaching a belt that was sewn into one of the sample dresses (!!) nothing was too much trouble here! And it really made me feel like no matter what I chose the dress would be perfect on the day, as they really knew their stuff! My two front running dresses are now here and I really don't want to go anywhere else for my dress. I didn't catch the lady's name that helped us but she was amazing! It was very clear she was an excellent seamstress and she really knew her dresses. It instilled a lot of confidence. I will definitely be returning to hopefully get my dress from here. Second to none!

Fabulous experience from start to finish, my dress needed plenty of alteration as I am a funny shape but karen did this both quickly and brilliantly. Thank you so much xx

Brought my dress from here and had it altered to be the perfect dress for me! Couldn't fault the service I received and how they made me feel! Was offered heels or a footstool to stand on so the dress would fall properly but as I would be wearing flats on the day I chose not too :) I didn't want to take me dress off and never felt rushed to leave or make a decision!
