After visiting Stephen Einhorn for a bespoke pearl necklaces and earrings for my Mum’s 70th Birthday, we couldn’t help but love their professionalism, elegance and kindness.
We were drawn back to Stephen on a sadder note when I lost my Nan at the beginning of this year, I was left her engagement ring, which of course I wanted to wear. The ring itself was gold with 3 small diamonds, my nan was a small lady so the ring never would have fitted me and I also prefer silver to gold. My mum had been passed down a larger diamond ring with 3 bigger and 2 smaller diamonds also in gold, this was from my Dad’s side of the family. Then after a family gathering, we took the decision to use both rings.
I took the 2 gold rings to Stephen’s who’s staff were more than happy to suggest designs and discuss what metal would work best.
I left both rings with the team, over the following weeks Stephen’s team kept in touch, I was sent the artwork and images of what the finished ring would look like. During the final stages, I went into the shop where I saw the ring for the first time in the flesh without the diamonds being set into place. This was to check the sizing and ensure I was happy with the design. I was over the moon! And of course the team were very accommodating.
Two weeks later, my ring arrived! It was and is absolutely stunning, words couldn’t express my happiness, the sentimental value has well and truly been captured from old to new with the liquid design, I can’t express my delight, I was totally thrilled.
My heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Stephen Einhorn, you turned what was a very sad situation, into something that I will treasure forever.

The experience I had using Stephen Einhorn's bespoke service was nothing short of magical. I had an extremely (in my opinion) boring solitaire diamond engagement ring. My goal was to reset it in an interesting vintage setting that included either sapphires or emeralds. I discussed my criteria with SE bespoke service and they were very detailed in explaining my options. I ended up choosing a stunning setting and I crossed my fingers and hoped it would turn out like the pictures that were sent. During the process they made appointments with me so that I could see exactly what was happening and make any necessary changes. To say I am thrilled with the result is an understatement. It turned out even better than I could have imagined. It has brought new life to the diamond and made me a very happy lady. On a recent trip to California I received many compliments from complete strangers. I will definitely be using this service again. It is very professional and the jewellery is stunning!

Excellent service and really great designs. A little on the expensive side but the team here made everything really easy and the quality of the jewellery is really special. Had a bespoke engagement ring made for my girlfriend here, and the experience was so good that we will definitely be coming back for the wedding rings.

I recently visited this store whilst in London and purchased a Smiling Skull Ring (with Garnet Eyes ) which I have still to receive as it is being made to order.
