Stephens Home Hardware

Have used Stephens Camelford on more than a few occasions... The first bad item I came across was Stephens Hardware brilliant white own brand gloss (the liquid nd non drip) turns yellow in colour!! I bought 6 tins at a cost of approx £30.00. Not only is my new sanded nd painted bedroom furniture wrecked... My hallway paintwork is also yellow nd ruined. I then went to buy a mop nd bucket... I went in for a galvanised one nd ended up getting talked into buying a plastic one... When I tried to return as it was not sturdy enough for the job it was needed for, I was refused my money back. Was told my only option is a credit note. Absolutely disgusted with not only the staff lack of customer service but also with the shabby products that are sold for a astronomical price. Said mop nd bucket cost £20.48!!

Don't know what we'd do without them Wonderful range We are lucky to have them in Camelford
