I have rented at least three properties through Stephensons and have to say that I have never had any problems with them - they are easy to contact and I find them very reactive to any issues I may have. It is also worth mentioning that unlike a lot of agents they don't have any hidden extras in their contract. I could name at least one agent who charges for a new tenancy agreement every 6 months, and you only find this out when you actually sign on for the first time - Stephensons don't have anything like that. What you see is what you get. I would definitely recommend them.
