Ahhhh!! How did we get to the time of year where snow is in the weather forecast 🙈 We will post this information now, for your reference (before it is needed) and continue to repost it as a reminder throughout snow risk months.
Our snow closure warning is as follows: 1..Facebook post first... 2..Email to parents 3..Texts/phonecalls to any parents who have not yet replied to the first 2 points of contact.
We will only cancel lessons if: + We deem it unsafe/ overly problematic for children/ parents + staff to get to our venues. + it causes an effect on pool temperatures where the pool is not suitable for our swimmers.
As with any cancellations which need to happen, snow closures will be credited onto the following months invoices (unless they have already been sent out, in which case it'll be the month after that)

Steph’s swim school is fab! My boys only had a couple of lessons so far, but you can already see how much he loves it! They’ve been brilliant with him, wouldn’t take him for lessons anywhere else 5*

User

Steph's swim school is a long time coming. My son Isaac who is 10 really struggled elsewhere and he didn't learn how to swim with any style. He has been having swim lessons for a couple of months with Madison and she has done wonders with him. I have noticed how his technique has really improved. My daughter Eva who is 3 and half took to Megan straight away she absolutely loves her swimming lessons. The swim teachers are amazing they are in the water with the children talking and explaining rather than instructing from the side of the pool. We are very happy and would encourage more families in the area to use Steph swim school. Massive thumbs up :)

User

My son had a crash course of 1-1 lessons, as due to various medical conditions it wasn't suitable for him to take part in school or group lessons. I was a little concerned about how he would react in the water, but Charlotte was absolutely amazing with him- attentive, clear and calm. He looked so comfortable and happy! My boy was starting to swim by himself by the 3rd lesson, couldn't believe it! Would highly recommend Steph's swim school :)

User

My son always screamed at the thought of a swimming pool but now his like a different child thank you steph

User

My son absolutely loves swimming at Steph's swim school with Charlotte, he has been swimming from a baby with another swim school and did the same things and never learnt anything new. Since he's been swimming with Charlotte he has learnt so many new skills and he's come on amazing, he's 4, starting to swim on his own with such confidence! Every time I watch him he just gets better and better! So proud and so very thankful for the great instructors and support!

User

My little boy had his first lesson today and he loved it! Teachers are all amazing and love that the class sizes are small

User

My daughter has had two lessons so far and absolutely loves it, the pool is lovely and warm and staff really friendly, would definitely recommend

User

My boy Alfie loves coming to swim with you guys anyone that knew Alfie knows he has never got on with swimming never been a fan of water but he has loved every minute he works better in small classes and that exactly what you get! Even in just a couple of weeks you can see how much more confident he has got

User

My Son joined the class on Sunday after a horrific experience elsewhere. He was so nervous literally all week about going back in the water and Maddison obviously worked some magic as he is so excited about going back... Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

User

My 3 year old joined Steph’s swim school 6 weeks ago. He had completely lost his confidence in the water. The teachers are so patient, and teach in a consistent way. 6 weeks on he is now swimming without any adult support and is comfortable wearing armbands. A great swim school with wonderful teachers.

User

My 3 year old daughter loves her swimming lessons, the staff are lovely, the environment is warm and friendly and her skills have come on wonderfully since she started.

User

Mia really loves her swimming lessons. From week one going in screaming, I never thought she would get to where she is now especially in such a short time. Charlotte is brilliant and knows exactly how to get the best out of her, keeping her interested and excited throughout

User

Isaac loves coming to see swimming Steph and his new best friend Megan too! He's even started to talk to Lewis (or Josh as he calls him!) We would 100% recommend you. Thanknyou for everything u do to help him.

I wish Steph’s swim school (in Lutterworth) had been built when my eldest two had been learning to swim! The team have been beyond wonderful with my littlest boy! He was 2 when he started with Rosie and has made an instant connection with her, always asking if it’s “time for my swimming lesson yet?” In the few months he has been attending, he has come on leaps and bounds thanks to Rosie’s patience, knowledge and teaching style. He absolutely loves swimming!

The whole team are friendly, kind and welcoming :-)

User

I cannot recommend Steph's swim school highly enough. Straight away I felt confident in the ability of Charlotte to look after my son and bring out the very best in him. As a first time swimmer and someone on the autism spectrum, Charlotte has worked wonders with him, getting to know him, building a rapport and using his interests to motivate him in a highly innovative but very safe environment. My son really loves Charlotte and it is very rare he lets anyone into his world. This is all down to her patience, caring nature, hard work and the fun that she injects into her lessons. He really looks forward to his next lesson and so do I, as we rarely see him so happy as the time he spends swimming with Charlotte . One very, very happy mummy and now not so little fish xx

User

Fantastic staff and has helped my youngest over come his fear, now he loves looking forwards to his lessons

User

Cannot recommend Steph and her fabulous team highly enough. Lovely warm small pool. Patient, experienced and friendly instructors. My girls love their weekly lessons and have both improved so much in a short space of time. Brilliant.

User

Anyone who knows Toby will know how much he disliked swimming! From starting swimming lessons at 18months old I have never known a week where he didn't cry and refuse to take part in his lessons. We were on the verge of giving it up completely until Steph's swim school opened in Lutterworth and it was our last resort. Toby has excelled and in a matter of a few months has moved up a stage. He laughs, smiles and looks forward to going to his lessons. Steph has given him so much confidence in the water which we didn't think was achievable.

User

Amazing swimming school my little boys confidence in the water has come on so much since starting his lessons
