I have had a massage to relieve muscle aches and tension. I could feel the release almost instantly.

The other day I had an hour health rejuvenation massage with Vanessa. She was lovely and a calming influence. She listened to my concerns and checked the pressure was okay. I left feeling total bliss and pure relaxation. I can't wait to book in my next massage. I have already recommeded stepping stones to all my colleagues and most of my friends who live close by.

You start feeling better as soon as you enter the reception thanks to Roxana's welcoming attitude and lovely smile, who offers you a delicious cup of tea while she explains with details all treatments offered, which allows you to identify what is the best option based on your own needs.
Physiotherapist Dan is an absolutely outstanding professional, who does everything to help you to recover by applying different techniques which really makes you notice the difference after each session!

This place is a hit or miss. First time I came here I had a Swedish massage with Corina and it was an excellent overall experience. The message was tailored to my requests and Corina was very sweet and gentle. Making sure I was fully relaxed and comfortable.
The second time, I scheduled a massage on a whim because I had some spare time and was in the area. My experience was completely different this time around... The therapist, Geanina was over 10 minutes late and I had no warning from the receptionist. It wasn't until after 10 minutes of waiting that I finally I asked her and she told me she was with another client. I also felt unwelcome and awkward because the receptionist was playing on her phone the whole time while I just sat in front of her- clearly not sure where my therapist was or why the massage was running late. The actual massage was just ok although the room did get a bit cold with the heater off. Geanina asked me what type of massage I wanted only after I had laid down on the massage table which I thought was strange because I had specifically scheduled a Swedish massage when I called in. My scheduled 60 minute massage started at 20 past and ended 10 past the next hour...so yeah, that was not a full 60 minute massage so I feel cheated for what I paid for. I couldn't bother to bring it up after the massage because I just wanted out of that place!!! I may consider booking again but only with Corina, otherwise I wouldn't bother. The space itself is nice and clean, which is plus. However, the staff need a bit of simple customer service training and maybe even putting on a smile?! It felt so depressing and I was itching to get out by the time I finished.

The staff are very professional and helpful. Their magical hands give a wonderful massage, the rooms are peaceful and relaxing and they go the extra mile with telling you what you can do to help you with what your body needs on a daily basis, stretching and techniques.

I came to the clinic to treat a problem I had with Shin Splints. Silvia, the physiotherapist, is both knowledgable and professional, and really helped to improve my condition. Also, the atmosphere at Stepping Stones was friendly, warm and welcoming. I would recommend Stepping Stones highly for Physiotherapy and other services they provide. 5 stars!

Great first impression. I had a physio assessment for a very sore knee. Silvia was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Within the first assessment, she advised me of the problem, did ultrasound to reduce swelling and taught me useful exercises. Would recommend!

Thank you for a relaxing experience! I have walked past Stepping Stones on many occasions and finally booked in for a reflexology massage. It was thoroughly relaxing - Mary was fantastic & explained the meaning behind the different reflex points. I have already booked in for my next session & would highly recommend!
