With over 12 years of experience as a Therapist & over 15 years since I first taught Martial Arts & Exercise, I feel that I am able to utilise my experience and knowledge to help people effectively.
I try to keep my charges down to make them as affordable as I can. I do not aim to be " cheap" - rather I wish to represent value for my clients & students.
