If you are suffering from emotional turmoil, as a therapist I act as a guide and support to your own process of change. We can tailor the way we work to your individual needs, however diverse this may be. I can offer comfortable and confidential consulting room in the Nine Springs Natural Health Centre, Yeovil, also at the health centres at both Wincanton and South Petherton, Somerset. All with free parking and disabled access at Wincanton and South Petherton.
What is Counselling: -
I can provides you with a comfortable, non-judgmental, safe and confidential environment where you can voice and explore personal difficulties, private thoughts and feelings from your own experience while having the use of my skilled empathetic ears.
This is a unique objective relationship and is known to release blocks, provide insight into behavioural patterns or relationship dynamics or it may stimulate motivation and direction in your life.
Other reasons for seeking therapy may be more non-specific, like feeling that your life is confused, you may find that you are at a cross roads and need help in choosing the way forward or you may wish to enhance your on-going personal development or to raise your self awareness.
