It's been a quiet few weeks with the odd gig here and there. It's been good to have some down time. Today Laura and I are getting ready to board a ferry from Liverpool to fair Dublin вШШпЄП where we will be heading so I can sing for the TV broadcasters workshop at the UEFA EURO 2020 draw. вЪљрЯ•ЕрЯПЖ at the Guinness Storehouse.

Look what I've found!! My first EVER live broadcast on Facebook back in March 2016 when the feature first appeared on my phone app. At the time it only allowed you to broadcast for 30 minutes and in a square format. How far things have come since then!!

Wow what a guy. Laura my daughter and James her new husband booked Steven to sing at their wedding all day. The wedding ceremony was outside in the woods and Steven was really flexible singing outside with his guitar. Laura was half an hour late which meant Steven sang his own extended version of Tenerife Sea by Ed Sheeran. Wow! was it amazing! His tone and soul really touched me making me cry as I walked down the aisle. Steven also sang outside most of the day into the evening and for the first dance. He also sang duets with guests (good ones). He stayed well after he should have finished for the evening, singing round the camp fire in the woods. Steven contributed to the amazing atmosphere throughout the day, is extremely flexible, an incredible singer and such a nice guy.

Where to start... steven was recommended to us by another wedding entertainer (this spoke volumes to us). We contacted him via email and immediately received a response advising us that he would get back to us to confirm his availability as soon as possible. True to his word we received confirmation shortly after. Within a few days steven and I had a lengthy telephone conversation, I explained what type of wedding we were wanting, steven put me at ease immediately. His questioning was incredibly professional and he knew exactly what questions to ask in order to help me choose the most suitable of his packages. We decided on a package and steven sent me a confirmation email, it contained an easy to complete booking form which helped both steven and I understand exactly what we were booking, it was so simple but thorough and took away the chance for any confusion or errors.

During the build up to the wedding I spoke to Steven a number of times, if he wasn't available immediately he always got back to me promptly. Nothing ever seemed too much for steven, even "our little secret". My husband had joked that I should walk down the aisle to the imperial march, steven incorporated this into the walk as we arrived and still managed to sing me down the aisle to his original adaptation of a male and female duet! AMAZING!

The week before the wedding we had a final video consultation with Steven to confirm all the details...we were astounded by his professionalism. We had a joint playlist on Spotify that steven, my husband and I could all access and add to.

On the day Steven arrived promptly and set up descreetly, from the very start when I walked down the aisle I just knew we had made the best decision in hiring steven, he wowed not only my husband and I but every single guest was amazed. Steven sang during the signing the register and then moved outside to our drinks reception. The atmosphere this man can create with just his guitar and his voice is phenomenal. He entertained young and old alike, he took requests and sang beautifully.

We then moved to the afternoon reception, steven came into his own. He took control of the room effortlessly, he sang, he chatted, he entertained! We had a slight medical emergency with a family member which delayed the speeches by an hour. Steven took this in his stride. He kept people informed and never faulted with his professionalism. Steven sang and also provided the perfect background music for the reception using our Spotify playlist and a vast selection of his own perfect choices.

During the evening steven performed incredibly, we laughed, we danced and we loved every single minute as did every single guest. I lost track of the amount of people who asked me where we had found Steven. At one point I asked steven for a specific track, he pointed at his lap top and already had the song ready to play next. This man is seriously in tune with his clients. He connects with the audience in a way you just have to see to believe. Steven Heath literally changed the entire feel of our wedding day and I can't imagine how it would have been without him there. He made our wonderful day that little bit more wonderful and we will be eternally grateful for that. From the initial enquiry email to saying goodbye at the end of the night one word sums up Steven Heath for us..... phenomenal!

Where do I even start with reviewing Steven...



We first saw Steven at the Oakwell Hall wedding fair, a few months before our wedding there. We were looking around the stalls set up when we noticed him playing in the courtyard. After watching and then chatting for a while, we decided to ask whether Steven if he knew any Manic Street Preachers and after a performance of La Tristesse Durera we knew we had to get him booked. We hadnвАЩt planned on having a live singer at our wedding but knew the atmosphere would be incredible if we did. We decided to book Steven for the full day having him sing during our ceremony, then during the afternoon and evening.



During the months before we were added to StevenвАЩs вАШbackstage areaвАЩ on Facebook which gives you access to his live Jam Nights, Q&A sessions etc. Steven is super responsive to any queries you have and was more than happy to speak with us on a few occasions over the phone. He was also more than happy to accommodate any requests we had, such as вАШno Ed Sheeran pleaseвАЩ on the day (apologises to any die hard Sheeran fans...)



When I arrived at Oakwell Hall on the morning of the wedding (18.05.18), as I went into the back to speak with the registrar I could hear Steven already playing for our guests as they were waiting. This made me feel relaxed and the best thing with Steven is, is that he knows exactly what to play to suit the audience he has. He created a very calming environment.



Steven did an absolutely beautiful version of Landslide by Fleetwood Mac for when I was walking down the aisle following by plucked acoustic instrumental during the ceremony. Although that part of the day is a bit of a blur, I can remember thinking how perfect it was.



Steven then performed two afternoon sets followed by two during the evening. We had guests coming up to us all throughout the day telling us how great he was, in particular when he did a banging version of Africa by Toto... (serious highlight of the day)!



Our first dance was to Golden Years by David Bowie which again, Steven did an incredible performance of. Whilst practicing the song we received video clips etc to make sure we were happy with how it was coming along.



Throughout the evening our guests really enjoyed the sets Steven did and there was plenty of dancing and singing along to a huge variation of songs.



The atmosphere was exactly how we imagined and we canвАЩt thank Steven enough for being a massive and unforgettable part of our day.

What can we say?! Steven was absolutely fantastic at our wedding, he played in the woodlands for our ceremony and also at our drinks reception, and he was absolutely incredible! All of our guests loved him and were all asking where they can book him! It wasnвАЩt just at the wedding though, everything before hand with the live shows and Q and As were so useful and really reassured us what songs to pick etc. We wouldnвАЩt hesistate to book him for anything else and if you are thinking of booking him, definitely do it!!

What can I say .. what a gent, great character and fun and friendly from the get go .. awesome musician and great singer.. added to a great evening and also was kind enough to let me do a collaboration ... right down my street inspired me to pick up my guitar again пњљпњљ cheers for a great night steven look forward to hopefully seeing you again sometime рЯЦТ5пњљ

Well what can we say?

Steven was absolutely perfect on our day (27th June) his voice was absolutely perfect for the 4 hours that he played, his banter with us southerners flowed as well as his lyrics. We would highly recommend Steven to people looking to hirer a wedding singer.

Oh... He sang for an extra hour two which was muchley appreciated indeed.

We were unsure about having entertainment at all during our wedding, but we can safely say that the day and night would not have been nearly as memorable without Steve. We were convinced our families wouldn't enjoy sitting around a fire, singing songs, but Steve's personality and humour relaxed everyone instantly and he had everyone singing by the end of the evening. Steve completely took the pressure off me and my wife. He took on entertaining all of our guests and made the evening the first time we had properly relaxed in around 4 weeks in the run up to the day. Despite playing for hours, people were still absolutely gutted when he had to stop, although you get the feeling he would have stayed if he were legally allowed. We are already talking about when we might be able to re-book Steve, and would urge anyone on the fence to go with him. Professional, fun, and a pleasure to share our day with him.

We were so confident that Steven was going to be perfect for our wedding day that we booked him for 3 events in advance - вАШLive from our houseвАЩ, our Wedding day and our post wedding party. WeвАЩve had the first 2 events and he excelled! CanвАЩt wait for the 3rd and weвАЩre sure weвАЩll be meeting again - if he has a spare day! Highly, highly recommended.

We had Steven for the drinks reception at our wedding and he was absolutely amazing! Wish we could have had him for the night reception too! Would highly recommend. All of the guests have also commented on how amazing Steven was. Thanks again!!

We definitely couldn't recommend Steven highly enough. He really added so much to our wedding day, and kept our guests (and us!) entertained for hours! He got everyone singing along, knew how to please the crowd and was an absolute all round entertainer. We have some absolutely priceless memories of Steven performing on our wedding day - from singing 'We Didn't Start the Fire', with made-up, off-the-cuff words to accompanying 'Chad' singing American Pie. He gives so much to this job and his service is worth every penny. Just thinking back brings a smile to my face!

I still canвАЩt quite get over how he knew exactly what to sing, I had guests asking If we had personalised the set list as so many of the songs meant something to us and them. Steve is a lovely guy and a musician I feel privileged to have seen live a number of times recently. Not many artists have made me feel in so many ways. The first occasion, he had me on the verge of tears with his rendition of "Fix You" by Coldplay. The next time I saw him there was a great gathering and singalong in Leeds City Centre on hearing "Hey Jude" and much rocking out and dancing to "Superstition" along with other awesome street musicians in the name of Jonny Walker. Then to my surprise last week I found myself doubled up laughing. "Maya Jagger wants me to play 'Moves Like Jagger'... Why not!" he said, playing a daft request of mine over a livestream. Lots of fun is Steve. His moods express themselves very clearly as he plays, and so his audience are carried by the waves. Somewhere along the way he's even helped me conquer a fear - singing in front of people. He followed, playing "Days", one of my favourites by The Kinks that I am so happy he knew. Great repertoire of songs. There is something very poignant about Steve Heath. He has this natural ability to entertain a crowd too - enabling them to loosen up and have a good time - enjoying himself all the while. I would support his musical journey with pleasure.

Sorry it's late but just wanted to say what a FABULOUS addition you were to Miles and Laura's wedding (August 20th Oakwell Hall) I've been raving about you to everyone.just need another big do to invite you to but after 2 weddings in three weeks I need a little time yet ! The week before the wedding we had a final video consultation with Steven to confirm all the details...we were astounded by his professionalism. We had a joint playlist on Spotify that steven, my husband and I could all access and add to.

On the day Steven arrived promptly and set up descreetly, from the very start when I walked down the aisle I just knew we had made the best decision in hiring steven, he wowed not only my husband and I but every single guest was amazed. Steven sang during the signing the register and then moved outside to our drinks reception. The atmosphere this man can create with just his guitar and his voice is phenomenal. He entertained young and old alike, he took requests and sang beautifully.

We then moved to the afternoon reception, steven came into his own. He took control of the room effortlessly, he sang, he chatted, he entertained! We had a slight medical emergency with a family member which delayed the speeches by an hour. Steven took this in his stride. He kept people informed and never faulted with his professionalism. Steven sang and also provided the perfect background music for the reception using our Spotify playlist and a vast selection of his own perfect choices.

During the evening steven performed incredibly, we laughed, we danced and we loved every single minute as did every single guest. I lost track of the amount of people who asked me where we had found Steven. At one point I asked steven for a specific track, he pointed at his lap top and already had the song ready to play next. This man is seriously in tune with his clients. He connects with the audience in a way you just have to see to believe. Steven Heath literally changed the entire feel of our wedding day and I can't imagine how it would have been without him there. He made our wonderful day that little bit more wonderful and we will be eternally grateful for that. From the initial enquiry email to saying goodbye at the end of the night one word sums up Steven Heath for us..... phenomenal!

Where do I even start with reviewing Steven...



We first saw Steven at the Oakwell Hall wedding fair, a few months before our wedding there. We were looking around the stalls set up when we noticed him playing in the courtyard. After watching and then chatting for a while, we decided to ask whether Steven if he knew any Manic Street Preachers and after a performance of La Tristesse Durera we knew we had to get him booked. We hadnвАЩt planned on having a live singer at our wedding but knew the atmosphere would be incredible if we did. We decided to book Steven for the full day having him sing during our ceremony, then during the afternoon and evening.



During the months before we were added to StevenвАЩs вАШbackstage areaвАЩ on Facebook which gives you access to his live Jam Nights, Q&A sessions etc. Steven is super responsive to any queries you have and was more than happy to speak with us on a few occasions over the phone. He was also more than happy to accommodate any requests we had, such as вАШno Ed Sheeran pleaseвАЩ on the day (apologises to any die hard Sheeran fans...)



When I arrived at Oakwell Hall on the morning of the wedding (18.05.18), as I went into the back to speak with the registrar I could hear Steven already playing for our guests as they were waiting. This made me feel relaxed and the best thing with Steven is, is that he knows exactly what to play to suit the audience he has. He created a very calming environment.



Steven did an absolutely beautiful version of Landslide by Fleetwood Mac for when I was walking down the aisle following by plucked acoustic instrumental during the ceremony. Although that part of the day is a bit of a blur, I can remember thinking how perfect it was.



Steven then performed two afternoon sets followed by two during the evening. We had guests coming up to us all throughout the day telling us how great he was, in particular when he did a banging version of Africa by Toto... (serious highlight of the day)!



Our first dance was to Golden Years by David Bowie which again, Steven did an incredible performance of. Whilst practicing the song we received video clips etc to make sure we were happy with how it was coming along.



Throughout the evening our guests really enjoyed the sets Steven did and there was plenty of dancing and singing along to a huge variation of songs.



The atmosphere was exactly how we imagined and we canвАЩt thank Steven enough for being a massive and unforgettable part of our day.

What can we say?! Steven was absolutely fantastic at our wedding, he played in the woodlands for our ceremony and also at our drinks reception, and he was absolutely incredible! All of our guests loved him and were all asking where they can book him! It wasnвАЩt just at the wedding though, everything before hand with the live shows and Q and As were so useful and really reassured us what songs to pick etc. We wouldnвАЩt hesistate to book him for anything else and if you are thinking of booking him, definitely do it!!

What can I say .. what a gent, great character and fun and friendly from the get go .. awesome musician and great singer.. added to a great evening and also was kind enough to let me do a collaboration ... right down my street inspired me to pick up my guitar again пњљпњљ cheers for a great night steven look forward to hopefully seeing you again sometime рЯЦТ5пњљ

Well what can we say?

Steven was absolutely perfect on our day (27th June) his voice was absolutely perfect for the 4 hours that he played, his banter with us southerners flowed as well as his lyrics. We would highly recommend Steven to people looking to hirer a wedding singer.

Oh... He sang for an extra hour two which was muchley appreciated indeed.

We were unsure about having entertainment at all during our wedding, but we can safely say that the day and night would not have been nearly as memorable without Steve. We were convinced our families wouldn't enjoy sitting around a fire, singing songs, but Steve's personality and humour relaxed everyone instantly and he had everyone singing by the end of the evening. Steve completely took the pressure off me and my wife. He took on entertaining all of our guests and made the evening the first time we had properly relaxed in around 4 weeks in the run up to the day. Despite playing for hours, people were still absolutely gutted when he had to stop, although you get the feeling he would have stayed if he were legally allowed. We are already talking about when we might be able to re-book Steve, and would urge anyone on the fence to go with him. Professional, fun, and a pleasure to share our day with him.

We were so confident that Steven was going to be perfect for our wedding day that we booked him for 3 events in advance - вАШLive from our houseвАЩ, our Wedding day and our post wedding party. WeвАЩve had the first 2 events and he excelled! CanвАЩt wait for the 3rd and weвАЩre sure weвАЩll be meeting again - if he has a spare day! Highly, highly recommended.

We had Steven for the drinks reception at our wedding and he was absolutely amazing! Wish we could have had him for the night reception too! Would highly recommend. All of the guests have also commented on how amazing Steven was. Thanks again!!

We definitely couldn't recommend Steven highly enough. He really added so much to our wedding day, and kept our guests (and us!) entertained for hours! He got everyone singing along, knew how to please the crowd and was an absolute all round entertainer. We have some absolutely priceless memories of Steven performing on our wedding day - from singing 'We Didn't Start the Fire', with made-up, off-the-cuff words to accompanying 'Chad' singing American Pie. He gives so much to this job and his service is worth every penny. Just thinking back brings a smile to my face!

Steven was originally recommended to us by our venue. We watched the video of Steven performing вАШYou can call me AlвАЩ from his website and we knew straight away that we wanted him to perform at our wedding.

From our very first meeting with him to the very last song at our wedding he was absolutely perfect!

He is really friendly and approachable, full of good advice, really talented and can perform a massive variety of music to suit all tastes.



We went to watch him perform live a couple of times and we both really enjoyed watching his Facebook broadcasts in the months leading up to our wedding. It really helped when it came to choosing songs for the ceremony and the evening.

We booked Steven for the full day of our wedding on Saturday and from singing whilst guests arrived in church, to late night sing-a-longs in the Grain Silo at Skipbridge he was amazing and made sure our wedding was filled with good music and laughs the whole day. As well as providing the obviously incredible music he helped the day run smoothly, from making sure I walked down the aisle to a specific part of a song, to welcoming us into the meal, introducing our speeches and more! We booked Steven for the evening reception of our wedding on Saturday 14th October. He was fantastic! I still canвАЩt quite get over how he knew exactly what to sing, I had guests asking If we had personalised the set list as so many of the songs meant something to us and them. Steven performed a couple of acoustic sets at our wedding and we were so pleased with his performance and service leading up to our wedding. Our small intimate venue was perfect for the music but I can understand how he could create a wonderful atmosphere anywhere. Steven is the most wonderful wedding entertainment. He was so brilliant through the organisation process and always happy to answer even the stupidest of questions. Steve is a lovely guy and a musician I feel privileged to have seen live a number of times recently. Not many artists have made me feel in so many ways. The first occasion, he had me on the verge of tears with his rendition of "Fix You" by Coldplay. The next time I saw him there was a great gathering and singalong in Leeds City Centre on hearing "Hey Jude" and much rocking out and dancing to "Superstition" along with other awesome street musicians in the name of Jonny Walker. Then to my surprise last week I found myself doubled up laughing. "Maya Jagger wants me to play 'Moves Like Jagger'... Why not!" he said, playing a daft request of mine over a livestream. Lots of fun is Steve. His moods express themselves very clearly as he plays, and so his audience are carried by the waves. Somewhere along the way he's even helped me conquer a fear - singing in front of people. He followed, playing "Days", one of my favourites by The Kinks that I am so happy he knew. Great repertoire of songs. There is something very poignant about Steve Heath. He has this natural ability to entertain a crowd too - enabling them to loosen up and have a good time - enjoying himself all the while. I would support his musical journey with pleasure.

As soon as we booked Steven we knew we'd made the right choice. He video called us to have a chat and was the most friendly guy. My husband and I messaged him so many times in the build up to our wedding and within minutes Steven was back in touch. He bought some special string lighting that worked so well in the venue.
