Today was my 3rd visit to your amazing salon.

A couple of people I know raved about it, I had truly neglected my hair for the past 2 years and needed rescuing.

Zan came to my rescue and has re-educated me back into loving and caring for my hair!

I love the colour, her friendliness, total professionalism, the salon decor, the whole experience!

Even met the dogs Percy and Beryl today. They're fab!

I was recommended to this fabulous salon by my daughter and I am so pleased I went. My appointment was with Laurent and he really listened to what I wanted and advised me what would and wouldn't suit me. I wanted a short funky hairstyle for a mature woman that didn't end up looking like a typical old lady's hair. It is fabulous - I have had so many compliments. Probably the best haircut I have ever had. Thank you Laurent.

I was lucky enough to go to the salon for my birthday. From the moment I walked through the door I received 1st class treatment. A warm welcome from the receptionist and a menu to order a drink. I was greeted by Jo, who has been cutting my hair for years. So, I was excited to have her cut my hair in the beautiful new salon.

I sat down for a consultation where we discussed what I was hoping to achieve and then spoke with colourist Selina on how exactly we could achieve the colour I wanted.

Then I continued to be pampered and preened by Jo, and then Ellie who took me downstairs to have my wash and olaplex treatment. All this whilst sitting in the most comfortable salon chairs ever, which even gave me a massage! Then finally I went to another beautifully styled room for my cut. The whole experience from start to end was outstanding. It's a salon like no other in this neck of the woods! Of course, I was also super happy with my colour and cut and my hair felt incredible. It was exactly as I asked and everyone commented on how amazing it looked. Even noting the multiple tones created by jo's balayage. An absolute top notch salon.

I was given vouchers for my birthday and have been so keen to get my hair done and try out this highly popular hairdressers. I absolutely loved the entire experience of the appointment; from the consultation to the massage chair hair wash through to the best hair cut I've ever had with the friendliest and easy to chat to hair dresser I've ever met! Also the hot chocolate was amazing! Topped off what already felt like a real pampering treat. From the moment you walk in, you enter such a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the staff are always on hand to ensure you have a great experience. People say the prices are steep but you definitely get your money's worth. I have my hair done by Zan and she is AMAZING! She listens to what you want, offers advice and guidance and she is honest and straight talking which for me, is exactly what I want! My only feedback is to carry on doing what you are doing - because you are fabulous! �

First time to the salon it met all my expectations and more everyone was helpful and friendly drinks menu was a real treat and made it more of a pamper sophy listened to how I wanted my hair colour and results were amazing would definitely recommend her and the salon Thankyou all for a great experience.

The gentleman that cut my hair was happy to give me advice and couldn't have been more helpful. My nearly 14 year old daughter is now begging me to take here to have her hair done for her birthday next week! And as a bonus you get to pet 2 adorable frenchies if you are lucky :)

From the friendly welcome at Reception (including the canine, Salon mascots!) to the tasty extras (ours are usually Hot Chocolate, plus bits,,for my son & Pineapple & sparkling with a side of dry roasted for me) nothing is too much trouble. Even the wash station has massage chairs!

Steven & Laurent may be a little more pricey (at least for the area) but you absolutely get your money's worth. Whether going in for just a trim or the whole package, the stylists & technicians at S&L are second to none in talent and expertise.

Zan, who has looked after my son & I for many years, has always been my favourite and since joining S&L following the birth of her son, I have loved frequenting this little gem of a Salon. I shall be selfishly booking myself in around her nipping off to have child no. 2!
