Even going out of their way to drop off a stranded party goer on the return journey! Very friendly, kind and happy to help driver. Bus was in brilliant condition, nice and clean. Used Stevenage mini bus hire for a recent stag do from Harlow to Milton Keynes. The mini bus was extremely well kept and the time keeping excellent and the service impeccable. Used SMH early morning Friday 20th May (3am) for a Southend Airport run and Monday return from Luton, (1pm) the driver Kevin was early on both occasions and very accommodating, nice fella. Jason couldn't have done more for us. Managing to get 12 of us, plus all our bags and bikes up to Fort William for the Ben Nevis Challenge in around 10 hours both ways, he was consistently professional and helpful. The mini-bus was as comfortable as possible for a journey of that length, and the dvd player and screen were a helpful distraction for sore muscles! Communication was excellent before and throughout, and he was very understanding of changing pick-up times etc when we were finishing the challenge. Will definitely use again, and can recommend to all. Thank you.
