Well we’ve been and pick up are new to us caravan absolutely in love with it couldn’t ask for a better service we received from Matt and Graham so polite and very helpful would highly recommend Stewart Longhtons at Standish brilliant customer service and satisfaction.

We have just pickup the new van from Graham Lane, who spent 2 hours going though the van and it's equipment. What a guy gave us the most compressive tour I have ever heard and we have been caravanning for 10 years. I learnt so much that I thought I knew . He had prepared the van and everything had been check and anything he thought needed changing it was done. I recommend Graham and his team and if I want a caravan ,Stewart Langton is the place to go. It's worth going out to Standish Wigan. If you read this and are going out there say I sent you. Thanks a lot Graham!!

We have just bought our next caravan, a 2011 Sterling Eccles Ruby, from Stewart Longton and couldn't be happier with the service we received. We asked for several to be opened for us and they were happy to do this and leave us to look round at our leisure, there were no hard sale techniques and they were happy to give advice and answer questions.

When we decided on the caravan we wanted, we had noted a couple of little niggles which we pointed out and the salesman assured us these would be put right before we picked it up, and they were, at no extra cost to us.

The caravan was serviced and cleaned for us and on pick up day we had a full run through of the caravan's features and functionality and again we didn't feel awkward asking questions. They were really helpful in getting the caravan road ready on the day.

Again, couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely recommend.

So helpful with my washing machine...... and an excellent price too (cheaper than fleebay) also very helpful and polite a couple of days later when I enquired about a solar panel control box.

Nice set of people and I'd highly recommend.

Perfect service from start to finish. We picked our caravan up today from the standish branch and graham and his team were amazing. From looking at the caravan and the no pressure service to picking it up and feeling like royalty. Nothing was a problem to them!! We can highly recommend and will certainly be using them again when we need an upgrade!! My parents recently bought a Sterling Eccles from the Standish branch. The staff were fantastic and the handover on collection from Graham was superb. He spent a great deal of time explaining the detail which was reassurancing to a couple who had not had a tourer for 30 years. Looking forward to some wonderful experiences in the coming years !

Jake and his team helped us buy a new caravan for export to New Zealand. They were great - even recommending companies for shipping & customs clearance.



When it arrived, our new Sprite Major 4EB was in tip top condition, and the accessories we had asked to be fitted ( Solar panel and Thule cycle rack) looked like they had been factory fitted.



After sales service has been great, despite being 12,500 miles away. We discovered a corner cover plate had been cracked in transit and after a quick email a new plate arrived in the post a week later, free of charge.

In March this year we bought a Bailey Pegasus 554 from Lancaster but due to my mother suffering a heart attack in July it was clear that the format no longer suited us. We had used the company twice before at Lancaster but decided to visit Standish, which is closer to home than our seasonal pitch in Cumbria.

I visited the Standish site in the hope of changing vans even though we were only 5 payments into our finance agreement.

We met salesman Graham Lane and explained our reasoning for the need to change. He was superb throughout, showed us numerous layouts and not once did we feel as though we were pressured into a quick decision. He also provided practical advice as this was a huge decision and one we needed to get right.

We opted for the Bailey Unicorn Valencia, he sorted all the refinancing of the new van and ensured all the lose ends with the previous van were sorted out and we took a new finance agreement out.

He gave us a full demonstration of the new van but more so he made us feel wanted and welcome as a customer throughout the process and delivered an outstanding customer experience. We cannot thank Graham enough for his time, knowledge and his friendly nature which would leave me with no problem in recommending Stewart Longton at Standish.

A massive thank you Graham for all the help and assistance you have provided in the last week in organising everything and the honesty and excellent communication provided from start to finish.

From start to finish the experience of buying our bailey unicorn caravan from Stuart Longton has been excellent.

We were very pleased with the service When we arrived to take a look at the van the salesman Neil was fantastic.

We collected the caravan fron Plymouth , it was ready to go after a full run through of the various features of the caravan.

This allowed us to have a very enjoyable first night and we can't wait to go away again. We travelled all the way from Plymouth to use this dealer and will not hesitate in doing it all again in two or three years when we fancy a change in van.
