People passing by King’s Road 113-115 may have noticed a lot of activity in the building lately. First, there were a lot of serious suit-clad people meeting up in the house. Then architects and staff followed closely by providers of furniture and lighting, kitchen experts, builders, electricians and carpenters. And now during the last couple of days nicely clad friends of the house, foodies and business associates have been visiting invited to test the food and warm up the location for our grand opening on Monday the 1st of October 🎈 We can’t wait to welcome you to our newest restaurant in the lovely area of Chelsea.

These days our new chefs for our upcoming restaurant in Chelsea will have their first shift in our other restaurants to practice and learn about everything from sticks to nigiri. Here is a snap from behind the scenes where all of our different nigiri has been made to perfection by our Head Chef, Cathrine.

It’s no secret that we love sake. And since sake is not only sake, but comes in endless varieties - Takahiro Sato came from Kikuisami to give our waiters in Victoria a little sake training so that they know exactly which sake to suggest when you ask for guidance in which to order from our wine card. From our very first London restaurant opening we’ve been welcomed by Londoners better than we could have ever hoped for. And with each new restaurant opening - we’re getting more and more grateful for this kind attitude towards us from both guests and suppliers. Soon we’ll open our 8th in Chelsea - but until then we just appreciate the nice ambience that employees, guests and suppliers help us establish every day in Wimbledon, Covent Garden, Greenwich, Canary Wharf, Victoria, Cambridge and Oxford. In September we will open up in this beautiful house on King's Road in Chelsea. We are right now working hard on everything from interior to our Private Dining and Bar. The staff and service is fantastic here, our server Marlon was amazing and so attentive � we will be coming back again.

Really good service. Attentive waiters. We arrived early but it was no problem. Great location and great sushi. Would thoroughly recommend. Danish and Japanese collaboration. Will definitely return. Visual menu is a great idea. All restaurants should do this.
