Stile Cop Downhill Trails Description
Chase Trails was founded in 2002 to work with the Forestry Commission to bring a mountain bike trail to Cannock Chase in the Staffordshire Midlands, in England. Ten years later, Cannock Chase is now one of the most popular trail centres in the country, with over 14 miles of cross country trails and a thriving Downhill community at Stile Cop.
Becoming a volunteer is easy - we hold monthly build days at Stile Cop. Dates are usually announced up to a few weeks beforehand, and we meet at the top of the hill.

Stile Cop Trails Update. Sat 25th May.
We have been up and cleared the bottom of New Line and Little Bringe.
Both trails Rideable but are very loose and blown out. Go easy on your first runs.
... We are hoping for some rain tomorrow which will help a load.
Please report any trail defects on here.

... The FC are hoping to have the Red side of the Cop open for Sat and Sunday.
They will post on their page any updates and I will share any info here on this page.

There will be heavy machinery on site.
