Superb selection of beers, wines and spirits. Best place around.

I actually can't rave about this place enough.
They really do have something for everyone, ales, spirits, whiskey, bourbon, lager, wine, IPAs, chasers, craft beer, box sets, collectable merch, growlers etc etc.
The prices can be high, but only as high as they would be for an aged or high quality product anywhere else.
For the most part, the prices are spot on.

The selection is immense.

The staff are friendly, attentive and will help you with all your beverage needs.

A great selection of beers and a lot more. Want the right glass to go with your Belgian Trappist Monk's brew? They have got those. Want a cider that's a bit different? There is shelf space for those. An artisan gin or a spirit you tried on holiday (eg Frangelico or Linje Akkevit or Galliano) but can't find in your local Tesco? You guessed it they have lots of those plus whiskies, rums, and vodkas to catch your eye. They have an ever changing selection of ales you can take home to enjoy thanks to their growler. And lastly if you don't mind the wait you can even buy a kit to brew your own at home! Throw in the good service and the staff's knowledge and why would you buy beer in your local supermarket again?

I first visited Stirchley Wines when a friend of mine had moved to the area and, having been told great things about it, insisted we went to grab some alcohol from here for a night in catching up.

I wasn't disappointed.

Being a craft beer fan this place is an Aladdin's cave, with bottles from all over the world, in different styles, strengths and flavours. I've been with friends who love beer and those that aren't so keen but everyone managed to find something they like.

It's a great place to pop into before you go to a curry house, as I have done, as a lot of the places nearby are BYOB.

Stirchley Wines as the name suggests also sells a lot of wines and a great variety of spirits that you most likely wouldn't find elsewhere or in very small amounts, so I encourage you to take that trip south of Birmingham into it's suburbs or if you're in the area be sure to pop in, you won't regret it.

Very knowledgeable, draft beer available for growlers and take out. A bit pricey but that's added from importing such strong, unique craft beers
