Gosh - we've been a bit remiss in not posting for ages.
There's been lots of changes - with a massive refurbishment going on behind the scenes and on the shop floor as well. But most importantly - the book department has grown massively wide a wide range of books now available as well as the Chronicles of Wizard's Thatch, of course!

So, the new stair carpets have gone down and we've started installing the new exhibits for 2015 - we're very excited about some of them....sneaky peak pictures coming very very soon!
The Enchanted Manor Museum will have slightly restricted opening hours as some of the new work is installed, so please call us to check before visiting during week days in January.

Just wanted to say how much I enjoy going to Magic Alley, I have been visiting this place for years and not a single visit has been the same. I highly recommend visiting, especially now it has moved premises which has much more room to expand and explore! If you’re looking for something to do in Stratford, look no further. The place is magical on every level. -Oh, and do try the Butter Beer made from an original medieval recipe, YUM!

Had an amazing time, and a fantastic conversation with the author of the books. We were unaware until our visit, just how many similarities there are with Harry Potter, and as this series was released first, its frustrating to see so many reviews assuming this is a rip off. This is a great attraction, in its own right, and is well worth a visit. We will definitely be back for the Steampunk and Pirate weekend, and I'm looking forward to reading the first book tomorrow!

The fact that santa took time to read my son's letter (and importantly didn't promise everything on there!) then spoke to him on why he'd been good and what he had been doing that was a little naughty! Even told grandma she was a peeker when she was little - which was true!! The real deal and with the snow room on top, really great. I was a little disappointed to start with, a bit more of a grotto feel so other families are not in the same space as you on the santa visit would be an improvement but perhaps with the larger space that will be available next year, this will be possible! Looking forward to opening my gift on Xmas eve! Thank you, best experience for santa we've tried in five years!

Sadly disappointed. When we arrive the door was open so we went in as we was the appointment but we was told to go out and wait until they were ready, the gentleman had a rude attitude. Then went to see Father Christmas who we spend all of Minute with and was quite rude you could tell he was fed up by this point. We then went upstairs which was lovely and very festive especially the snow room luckily we was the first appointment that day as space is very tight in there. The snow room was lovely. The actively was older children not appropriate my my two. We have just Opened the presents, which were for older children not age appropriate Overall was ok but wouldn't go back.
