Had a really magical time. I would recommend staying until dark and going around the park then, as all the lights are on and it looks amazing walking through the trees. We are planning to go back at christmas to see santa. Only critisism is the food is a tad dear.

Good fun for kids. Cafe food is okay but very highly priced for what they offer. Hot chocolate was great. Be prepared to spend time and money. We went over a weekend and enjoyed the maze and enchanted forest the best. Ice rink was very crowded. On a positive note car park was free.

Brilliant night at Stockeld Park's 'fright night' on the 31st October!

It was apparent how much effort went into attention to detail, from the actors make-up and outfits, to the smells and body parts placed around the haunted house.

The characters in the maze, cabin and haunted house were scarily realistic - incredible value for money.

Not only was the fright night itself superb, everything across the park was above and beyond my expectations. The members of staff giving introductions to the activities were knowledgeable and really engaging (especially the young lady outside the haunted house!!).

The entire park was spotless, from the cafe to the forecourt and toilets - which is unusual for a huge tourist attraction!

Unfortunately I didn't get chance to have a browse around the shop, but a quick sneak peak through the spooky gates leading in, it looked superb - as always!

I am looking forward to coming back at Christmas.

Excellent fun day out. Mostly outdoor play areas with plenty to spark children's imaginations. There's so much to do you really need a full day here. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food is a little expensive but as you would expect from an attraction such as this however the hot chocolate is amazing!

This is a great place for families, it was still in the summer holidays season so there were den building and craft activities, as well as all the various playgrounds etc. The boats are suitable for kids over 1.2m but smaller kids can go in accompanied, the electric scooter trail is for kids over 8yrs, otherwise a grown-up needs to be in charge of the scooter; and the 'go-kart' (actually just trikes, but still popular with our kids) track has single and double karts for smaller/taller kids.

It's expensive but decent value considering everything there is. The indoor café has a good range of hot food as well as sandwiches etc, the cakes looked nice too. The outside marquee does sandwiches, a huge range of ice cream and also slush flavours. There's also plenty of space provided for picnics, though I'm not sure if there's any that's undercover.

Bit pricey, but worth it. Better to visit at special occasions like Xmas or Halloween. Go at dusk. The whole place is lit up and magical!!!

The best day out at Xmas and Halloween imaginable for all the family and all ages. Great forest adventure on ski's, fab maze and ice skating, lovely cafe.

Great place. Lots for the kids and adults alike. Plenty of well placed and well equipped play areas. A nice restaurant though its a touch shambolic staff wise. The walk through the woods is nice and the shop at the end is well stocked and comprehensive though dont expect to come out with much change.

Great place for an active family day out. Much more fun than the average theme park. We will definitely go again but will be taking a picnic as the only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was for the price of food. Ridiculously high prices for at best mediocre food and the waiting time for said food was unreal too. In a nutshell highly recommend the place just take your own food (did notice good picnic facilities)
