We are holding a Macmillan Coffee Morning tomorrow from 8am to 10:30am. You are most welcome to call in for coffee and cake or buy cakes to take away. We would also appreciate any contributions of goodies to sell to be brought to school either later today or on the morning. Please join us to support this very worthy charity.

Tomorrow is non-uniform day. Instead of bringing in a monetary donation, we are asking for a donation towards our Summer Fair. Children are requested to bring one of the following: - A teddy or cuddly toy - A bottle for the bottle tombola - A red, yellow, green or blue item for the colour tombola - A donation of a raffle prize... We are currently looking to appoint two Play Workers to join our team here at Stocksbridge Junior School! The successful applicants need to be an enthusiastic people that are caring, friendly and able to support in a calm and sensitive manner. Duties will vary between serving breakfast, activities in the classroom and walking children down to the Infant School, if required. Applicants need to be reliable and dedicated and have good communication skills in order to liaise with... children and other staff members. They should be willing to join in games, oversee quiet activities and supervise indoor play. Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 until 9am (7.5 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year) If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with children and would like to join our friendly school, please get in touch with s.hicks@stocksbridge-jun.sheffield.s ch.uk.
