These guys are literally THE BEST. I've been using StorageMart (previously Big Box) for over ten years, on and off. They have never failed to be efficient, friendly, helpful and have always done their best for me price wise. They really do go above and beyond. My belongings are safe there and I know that there will always be someone to help if I have a problem (like losing my keys which I seem to do a lot). They respond to emails immediately, they've put up with my forever changing plans and always found me a unit. The guys in the office are super, very professional and I can't thank them enough for all their help over the years. No doubt I shall be using them again soon. Jo Worman

Very grateful to all the staff at StorageMart. At a difficult and distressing time in the family, they were always helpful, cheerful and compassionate. Everything was clearly explained and efficiently handled as through their experience they immediately saw what the situation was and what was needed. Very supportive throughout: they really made a difference.

Extremely convenient location, clean tidy and well organised with friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. We would definitely consider using again if the need arises. Keep up the good work!

We have rented a unit from StorageMart as our son needed a place to store his goods until he moved into a new flat. Firstly, the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is easy to access the unit at any time of day and large trolleys are provided to move things around. Security is excellent.

We have dealt with these guys for many years and can't rate them high enough. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. Its been a pleasure working with you.

I really cannot fault this place. I was looking for only a small space to store my goods, and many if not all of the other services in and around Norwich offered a minimum space of around 20 square feet. I needed only about 12 square feet and this was possible with Storage Mart. The costs are also very low considering what you get. Furthermore, you are on no fixed contract, whereby whenever you leave you will only pay for the time you use the storage space. The premises itself is also very secure, clean and spacious. The storage rooms are well ventilated. As for the customer service of Russell (the member of staff who was dealing with me), full marks. He was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. As I say, I cannot fault Storage Mart whatsoever - excellent service.
