Fantastic customer service from Stories flooring. Very quick to contact me to discuss potential orders but not pushy with sales - both Chris and Craig gave lots of advice prior to my order and have responded to all emails/phone calls quickly. They were able to ensure I had the best deal for the flooring which then had a fast and uneventful delivery. Delivery driver was also super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delighted with the flooring we ordered - quick step balance click and more importantly the customer service we received with stories. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour and it was promptly sorted even though I needed a quick turnaround and there was low stock available. I really appreciated the help given and nothing was too much trouble. We are delighted with the quality of the flooring and how bright and clean it makes our kitchen. We have 3 little children and it has made such a difference to our daily life. Thanks so much!

Found the product I was after at a very reasonable cost as if was a job lot. Ordering was easy and it was a real bonus to be able to pick the date for delivery that suited me.

Great service. They sent out samples in good time, once we decided on which one we wanted it is a lovely product. Service was excellent when we needed an extra box to finish the job. Would recommend!

Terrible.
My order was delivered to me instead of 2 weeks in 1.5 months. Every time promising in a week. The only contact person is a man named Scott. From which I have not received a single call with information about the transfer. Tile has been in the UK all this time, although I was lied to that it was delayed due to the Brexit delay.
Today I received my long-awaited order, which was shipped to me in front of the front door of my 22-storey building. One pallet. If you do not have loading equipment at hand, it will be very difficult for you to bring all this to your apartment. If you decide to place an order with this company, please be patient, loading equipment and time.
I strongly don’t recommend this company.

Fantastic service, dealing with sales manager Chris was a pleasure, they took care of everything, were very helpful and professional, delivery came on time. They do list floors, which are out of stock, so before placing your order do call and check if your chosen style is available. This is our distressed light oak engineered flooring , not yet laid. simply stunning

The maximum 2 week delivery to home changed to 2 week + delivery to Stories at Leeds - then a further pallet delivery a few days later.
On checking delivery was on schedule, received call back to say that Stories had ordered the incorrect colour of flooring - restarting the process.
This caused issues for installers to reschedule and also rescheduling the suite delivery.
Asked to speak to the owner several times without success.
Throughout the whole purchasing process the communication was poor and erratic and caused numerous phone calls for clarity. I gave the owner multiple chances to discuss - maybe they will respond to this negative feedback ?
They were the cheapest but you have been warned.
For balance Yarm Flooring did an excellent job of installation and had to be flexible due the incorrect ordering and delayed delivery.

Quite honestly both Scott and Chris could not have been more help, from helping me with my lack of understanding of laminate underlay, to finding a solution when the site refused to accept payment. All was quickly sorted out with a couple of quick phone calls and delivery arranged 4 days later. I would certainly use this company again if just for the efficiency of their telesales staff.
