WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If I could give 0 stars I would... i went there with a problem and they made it 100 times worse my managing to get me locked out of my icloud (I found out later when I called apple that i didn't need my icloud details in the first place) they also charged me for something that is covered my my warranty but apparently with them it is not (as they only cover software not hardware), they only gave me a refund when i got apple on the phone who was telling them it is covered my warranty. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT OF MY PHONE FOR 100 HOURS BECAUSE OF THEM!!! THEN THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO SAY I NEEDED TO SEND APPLE PROOF OF PURCHASE WHICH IS ANOTHER LIE!!! THEY ARE AN AWFUL COMPANY WITH EVEN WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! MONEY GRABBERS!!!

Rubbish!! It was a total disappointment. Charge me £10 for software update but return phone without update , Neither pay £10 back !!
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR PAY THEM FOR ANY SERVICE. TRUST ME YOU WILL REGRET.
Best to go to actual APPLE STORE IN BLUEWATER THEN THIS STORE.

Very bad experience, First they subscribed me to their mailing list with out my permission when I booked an appointment. Then after fully explaining the problem before booking my appointment & being promised they could fix it the technician had no idea at all how to fix it! They did say they could re set Safari & that might work but I would lose all my bookmarks. Its a bit like taking you car to the garage as you have a warning light on & them saying if you have a new engine the problem will go, As thats easier than actually fixing the problem.

Very Disappointing! Unfortunately, the service provided seems to have deteriorated since I posted my first very positive review. a year ago.

I called for help in resolving an issue with emails and was given the brush off by a sales assistant called Luke. In the past, staff have been only too pleased to assist with minor queries by telephone. But Luke informed me, somewhat sniffly, that I must book a 'tech appointment' and that the tech person is 'fully booked all day'.

The staff members who have previously been so helpful (Heather and James) have left and their replacements do not seem interested in providing the same good level of customer service to someone who has spent a great deal of money with the company and who is a regular customer. Very disappointing!

Fantastic team! Great after sales service! I highly recommend the personal training package!

My mid-2014 MacBook Pro screen completely failed, and within a week Stormfront had repaired it. The repair centre they used covered the cost under an EU consumer protection law I was unaware of, without trying to stiff me. Would definitely recommend for repairs!

Really helpful staff and if you have a problem just phone them but weekends its a bit of a wait but worth it
So far I have 5 Apple Products and I've always got them from Stormfront in Canterbury and whatever is release next guess where I'm going ?
