Went in with a problem with an iPhone, which had locked me out. Staff very professional with a lot of knowledge. Very good experience shopping there unlike o2 who said not there problem. 20 mins later all done. Many thanks.

Premium reseller?! Worst service ever! I went in this rude assistant came to the door said hello and I said my iPhone 3GS needed repairing, he said we don't repair phones like that! It's like a dinosaur. Then he sent me out of the store saying go outside poor person

Booked a appointment for a damaged screen on my sons mac book over the phone for 2pm, arrived at the store at 11.30am after a 1 hour drive.
After about 10mins a male member of staff asked if he could help, so far so good.
I explained that the screen was damaged and that I had an appointment at 2pm and asked if I could leave my laptop with them until then.
NO was his answer you will have to come back at 2pm.
I asked him why I could leave it with them at 2pm but not at 11.30am and that I would have to carry my laptop around Salisbury for 2 1/2 hours.
He said that my appointment was at 2pm so that's when I could have it looked at and if needed leave it for repair.
I asked again if I could leave it with them so that I wouldn't have to carry it around until 2pm.
( I think that by now you guys are starting to get the picture !!!!! ) NO WAS HIS REPLY.
In desperation I asked if any earlier appointments were available, after checking his very full diary he said that I could come back in 1/2 hour.
I returned 1/2 hour later and was extremely lucky as he was with another customer ( God help them ) so I was dealt with by a polite and very customer friendly female member of staff, she was totally customer focused and friendly.
My laptop needed a new screen which I knew would be the answer, about £400 to £600.
I told the assistant that I was happy to pay just to get it fixed and would have left it with them BUT due to the male member of staff's total lack of any customer skills and couldn't care less attitude I would take it elsewhere.
It was then that she explained that he was the store manager.
I thanked her for being so nice and efficient and suggested she help the store manager with his attitude and pass on my comments to him.
Lets hope for all Stormfronts future customers she has !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really angry with my experience here. After booking an appointment with apple online, I was told to go into the store to assess what had happened to my Mac which I had split water on the night before. I ask specificity if they could check if the water signals had gone off (which is easily checked with a small device also used in iPhones/macs) however the women serving me went to turn my computer on to see how the machine is working. Making sure your machine is off is most important rule of liquid damage and should not be turned on at any point to avoid tripping more of the circuits. This has therefore increased the damage of my laptop which is at least 400 pounds worth. I was also told after this that my laptop would be sent away and would wipe the hard drive in the process. I know that hard drives can be saved in the process and mine had not been damaged. I angrily left the store and am left without a laptop for important work issues and sensitive university work data. Thanks a lot, for making my situation and day twice as bad.

Helpful and good advice - I have purchased 2 iMacs from here in the past and recently a new phone. Although I already knew what I wanted the staff were super helpful and offered good advice. One bonus with Stormfront is the extended warranty they offer over that of Apple.

Went into shop early Saturday morning to discuss an issue with iPhone backup. On entering the shop there were a couple of customers and four members of staff stood in a circle talking between themselves. Not one came up to ask if need help we had to approach them and when we did it felt we had interpreted them. The young chap who attempted to assist was very awkward saying to look at it we charge 10.00 and you need an appointment. I said shop empty can you not do now He looked at phone and said no cannot help you he said not sure how to do it. I asked for someone else to assist whereupon another assistance looked at the phone all for a brief 1 minute said we can't help you we only sell items. We had to ask who could help. I said was it southampton and he said yes. I asked if he could arrange this but said no not able to. I said we have been here in past and very helpful and he said it has all changed. I found the whole experience not very helpful at all. We have been to this store in the past and could never do enough for you but I won't be visiting salisbury store again unprofessional and unhelpful staff. We have all apple equipment and this is the poor customer service you get. No help or assist at all. Will not recommend this store.

I recently returned my iPhone to Stormfront as the camera was not working. It was found to have water damage which can only have occurred while I was looking at a map on the phone in the rain. This to me makes the device impractical. I received very blunt responses from the staff who were unhelpful and unwilling to discuss the issue. The message was simple - not covered on warranty live with it or buy a new one at £270+. It is important that iPhone 6 users know that even a small amount of moisture ruins the phone and there is nothing that can be done.

Best shopping experience I have received in a long time, the staff there were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable on the products they sell.

I was looking for a new machine to replace my ageing desktop and i thought a new more powerful machine would be more suitable, after using one of the demo models in the shop i was taken back on how different the operating system works compared to Windows 10. the shop assistant that was helping me choose, Nick, informed me that they provide lessons on how to use the Mac OS. After booking and receiving a few lessons with Nick i was reassured and comfortably brought a new iMac, it also feels like i made a new friend! Thanks Nick!

Been a customer many times and it's always a good experience. The whole team really put in the effort to make me happy.

I've bought stuff here, they've helped me fix issues and they're always happy to help with advice as well. Highly recommended and I'll be coming back many more times.
